Michelle Made Everything Perfect

I was buying my first car when I visited Michelle for the first time. I remember her asking me what I was looking for — and realizing I had no idea. Luckily, Michelle was ready to help me find out what I wanted. She let me drive a few different cars, and gave me explanations about what each offered—and, most importantly, how they were similar or different from the other cars I was test driving. She was so funny, and easy going, and understood that this process was difficult for me. She also never made me feel like I was stupid because I wasn’t well versed in cars, but rather helped me to really understand the purchase I was about to make. We ended up buying the PERFECT car for us, and it would have been impossible without her help. Even now, when I go and get my car serviced, Michelle not only recognizes me, but asks me about the car and how I am doing.
The whole team makes you feel at home and like family when you visit. Because of this, I have already had my parents visit Michelle — and they also loved their experience with her, and the SUV she helped them find!
If you are ever in doubt about where to buy a car, the whole team at Hyundai are welcoming and kind. We wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.
