Just purchased a Sante Fe Hybrid from Boucher in Janesville. The entire process of trading in our vehicle, picking up the new vehicle, and follow up support has been excellent. Cayden was just great to work with. Very professional in his approach with us. Nice people to work with in this dealership.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Contacted them over email since I was so far away. They were quick to respond to my multiple inquiries. Negotiated a price with them but ended up buying something else locally.

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

We stopped in looking for a car for my son. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay. They easily made it happen. He loves the car.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I was the first one in America to own the 2021 Santa Fe limited, or any 2021 SF actually! I’ve never owned a Hyundai but I am loving this vehicle! I have Stormy Seas with the leather trim interior. Every feature possible in this baby Palisade, I can tell you it has features I thought I’d never use in AZ and I’ve used them all from parking assist to heated steering wheel and cooled and heated seats! The window shades in the rear windows help in 115* heat. I love the cameras and everything that came with it. I love to open the roof and let the sun in without getting blown all over the place.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car for her at Kunes of Belvidere. I am in sales and I have purchased many cars over the years. I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Had an AWESOME sales experience when we purchased our 2023 Terrain. Stephan took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. Robert & Ryan in the finance department were easy to deal with and very responsive to what we were looking for. Did not feel pressured at all. Overall a great interaction with Kunes Lake Geneva.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Exceptional!! 2024 Chrysler Pacifica, had problem with loud muffler at times, also the start/stop feature stopped working. I was more concerned about the muffler, but the start/stop was the bigger issue! Mathew and the tech team did a fantastic job on correcting all the issues! I will recommend the service department to everyone!!!

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. I am a repeat customer of the service department having my truck serviced a few times through the years. I spoke to Rich in the service dept on the phone about an airbag light, he had an idea right a way of what the issue was, so we brought it in at 5:00 pm and they had it repaired and back to me the next day by 4:00. Great service and staff.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

Oneida was extremely knowledgable about the Palisade I purchased. During the test drive, she showed that she clearly had done her homework on these vehicles, showing us all the bells and whistles and how they all worked. She was not pushy at all and truly felt she wanted to help me find the right vehicle no matter what. I have already recommended her to others who were looking to buy!

Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

Samantha was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! She listened to my wants and desires and lead me right to the vehicle I was wanting. She did not try to oversell me which is extremely important to me. She earned my trust and business! I’m not sure I’ll ever buy a vehicle from somebody else ever again! I’d recommend her to anybody! A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

We had a fledgling salesperson who was very nice but did not have much if any knowledge about Subaru vehicles. He never offered us to take a test drive nor did he share anything about features in the Outback. Luckily we already own a Forester so we had more working knowledge of Subaru vehicles than the salesperson. The salesperson?s support staff did keep us apprised of progress of the sale along the way.

This car handles very well. I'm very pleased with the interior comfort and accessibility to all the features available. Handles the road like a dream. Smooth, precise, and fits anywhere. Great on fuel, uses no oil, instrument panel easy to read, and feels like a luxury vehicle, but doesn't have a luxury price.
