I just purchased a used car from Wile Hyundai. Steve C. was my salesman, he was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that would fit within my budget, Along with Gus the sales manager. They made my purchase a positive experience. As a woman you don't always get treated well at dealerships ,but these two guys made me comfortable and worked with me and there was never any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

Valenti Toyota review
I recently was in need of purchasing a car. My salesman Steve M. was very helpful. He located several great options that fit my budget & needs. The entire staff is helpful, The process was easy & pressure free. This is not the first time my family purchased from Valenti and it won't be the last.
2023 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I have had my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz for two years now. It has 52,000 miles on it because I do Home Health for a living. It is not uncommon for me to put 30,000 miles a year on a vehicle. I am still riding on two of the original four tires the vehicle came with. Two tires had to be replaced roughly a year ago due to road debris. I purchased a monthly car wash club membership and 98% of the time after I wash it I use Meguires Quick Spray Wax to do a quick 10 minute wax on wipe off which keeps the paint job looking like new. I get oil changes roughly every 7500 miles although the dealership says that is too soon. With all the stopping and starting multiple times a day, I feel it necessary. I used up all my free oil changes in one year instead of two. I’ve had absolutely no issues with the vehicle. I am so glad I bought it. It rides and drives like an SUV but with the benefit of having the small 4 foot truck bed. It’s a perfect height and size. It is the standard four-cylinder engine which, once you get used to it, is not so bad. It has enough get up and go when needed, although if I would have been exposed to the turbo engine, I may have spent the extra money. It’s not uncommon for me to get 32 mpg on the freeway when my cruise control is set. One time driving slower than speed limit I got 39 mpg! I purchased a black SEL model. Sunroof does not leak and works just fine. I did take the dealership up on their offer to tint windows which has definitely made the vehicle cooler. Ability to clean the interior in the seats is relatively easy and does not take long for the seats to dry after using a upholstery cleaner for weekly light spot checks. The only things I would change would be the rims, and possibly put 20 inch tires instead of 18, and the stereo system. (And the color- It was supposed to be blue). The rims coming on the newer Santa Cruz’s have a much more desirable design, and I believe there is an upgraded stereo system available. Leather seats would be nice. 😊 I am frequently asked how I like my 23 Santa Cruz . I have owned over the years; Veloster, Santa Fe, and Accent. Them, along with a 1990 Suzuki Samurai and a 86’ Toy 4-Runner, were the best vehicles I have ever owned in my life. As long as I can keep it out of flood waters, or avoid approaching 90° turns on country roads in the middle of the night with no street lights, driving 45 miles an hour, this will be the last vehicle I own.

Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.
2025 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

2025 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
The 25 Santa Cruz Limited drives smoothy and very easily. The technology is very up to date and fast. It has a composed and steady ride. The turbo is strong and polished. The interior is very quiet and well designed. Excellent safety and driving assist features. I am very impressed with how well Hyundai has designed this car. It would be nice to have better city mileage and the rear sliding glass be powered. I am very happy with my Santa Cruz.

2024 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Had my night for 16 months, no problems, wicked fast with the turbo. Great combination of truck, suv and sports car. 25 mpg around town, over 30 on some highway trips. Comfortable ride with all the new stuff, phone projection, lane departure, driver assist, etc. Hyundai dealerships suck, I do most of the maintence myself.

2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

Valenti Toyota review
The team at Valenti Toyota is personable, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They listened to what we were interested in, and they worked with us throughout the purchasing process. Sales consultant Steve Macomber was especially helpful in assuring that we felt comfortable and informed from the initial contact until we drove away in our 2016 Camry. He displayed a thorough understanding of both the vehicles and the process. Sales manager Rocky Sposato and business manager Scott Morrow were direct, honest and straightforward. Overall, we were treated as a member of the Valenti Toyota family from the moment we walked in the door.

Kyle Garvin was a pleasure to deal with I found him to be very honest and straightforward. I shopped around before going to Shakers and glad I did. I’m loving my Santa Cruz and my only complaint is Hyundai should stop using the retractable cover as it’s prone to leaks

I really love my new truck...feel price was pretty much on the mark, the features are great, I have had it a month & still getting used to all its offeres. Back seat is a little tight, but I can fit and I don't really carry passengers, I did get an 'after market' bed cover for it ( which I feel I paid to much for the less than 100% quality) Over all I like the truck. (* I traded a 2021 jeep compass , which I thought 'per KBB' was worth more than the dealer allowed me) *

Imperial Chevrolet review
My name is Larry and this is the 2nd car I’ve purchased now and I was very satisfied. Marc M. was my last sales person for my truck and Marc and the team took good care of us. When my wife was shopping for a family car we ended up at imperial and the experience was so great it made sense to go back when I needed a vehicle I went back and got my truck. Got a free oil change and car wash too. Sometimes life happens. I recommend Marc M. And the team. Thank you!

Love my truck so much! It has plenty of leg room for my long legs! It drives smooth on long road trips! The back has been useful for moving large objects better than a SUV. It gives me both worlds truck and SUV feel. I highly recommend if you want a truck but the big ones are too much to handle!

Harold Herandez greeted me as I drove my car into service area. Harold was very courteous and Professional he asked the reason for my visit. I explained I was in for oil change and tire rotation. He checked my tires and my wipers also. We went inside he took all the particulars. I left dealership about one hour later Harold suggested I needed a few other services on car. I declined. He texted me when my car was ready. He had my paperwork ready walked me over to cashier. Then I was on my way. Harold was very efficient and respectful. Your service department is fortunate to have Harold. They were short staffed that day. I think it was only Harold and Dana the service manager I believe. Dana was also very courteous, respectful and professional. Thank you.

Harbro Auto Sales review
When searching for our families latest people mover we decided to try a local dealership on the premise of thier outstanding online reviews.... At first we were a bit hesitant but as soon as we spoke to Chris Sargent via telephone our minds were put at ease. A few days later we met the rest of the team Dave, Heather and Amy. After a couple of test drives we landed the perfect one owner low mileage suv that suited us to a "T". Harbro proved to us why they have won so many customer service awards and are in the running to win DealerRater.com award again. Give Harbro a look and you will be glad that you did . Simple, fast, and personal this describes our transaction ! They even set up very low interest financing for us ! Thanks Harbro ! Oh yeah - as we were leaving both owners Mike and Mark walked out to personally thank us which was a nice touch :)
2024 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I traded my 2021 Santa Fe for the 2024 Santa Cruz as the exterior of the Santa Fe for 2024 to me was a turn off. Great decision, Santa Cruz is a pleasure to drive, great gas mileage and reliable. Only shortfall is the leaky bed cover. Dealer said it couldn't be fixed.

2022 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros: The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions: While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.
2023 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

2022 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz with 25,000 miles. So far it’s the best vehicle I’ve owned. For starters, it’s a beautiful looking vehicle. I live in a rural country area and folks have approached me giving compliments and asking about the truck. It does stand out as a unique “truck” since they haven’t been out for very long. The interior on the premium SEL package is luxurious. Worth the extra money for the sun roof and heated seats. Seats are way more comfortable than the Elantra which I traded in. Performance is impressive. The Sel premium comes with the 2.5 turbo which is more power than I really need but I love the extra umph when getting onto the highway. The AWD is perfect for New England weather. I think the blind spots were worse in the Elantra compared to the Santa Cruz which was surprising. Great safety features, comfortable ride. Has everything I need in a small truck. The Tonnaeu cover in the back looks sexy and is worth spending extra to get the premium package. I can’t wait to add more accessories to my little truck. If you have the money i recommend checking out the Limited or XRT package. Nothing negative to report so far.
