Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

The Palisade has far exceeded my expectations. The 3rd row seating is spacious enough for an adult to travel in comfort. The Palisade SEL is loaded with all the bells and whistles you would find in a luxury vehicle for a fraction of the price.

I first leased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2018 (car was new with less than 50 miles on the odometer). After the lease was up, I opted to purchase the vehicle. It's been great. No major problems. The reason I gave the exterior only 4 stars is that the paint started peeling on the rear bumper (below the license plate) about a year ago. A Hyundai service person explained that the bumpers are plastic (not steel) like the rest of the car and the paint does eventually peel off. Outside of the rear bumper paint problem, this has been an excellent vehicle.

Had a good experience here. Let me start by saying I hate dealerships. I hate sales gimmicks, and always trying to up sell ect. This WAS NOT my experience here with car five. Felicia the sales manager was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and non pushy, and really went to extra mile to make it within my budget while still giving the best deal. The one issue I did see with the vehicle they immediately offered to replace the part for free to insure my happiness with the vehicle which was a 2018 RUBICON JL!! Siked was a beautiful vehicle very clean quality vehicle. Gui a member of the sales team was right there every step of the way helping the process along also great to work with. And last but not least Ron the financial manager worked very hard behind the scenes to not only meet my budget but did so including gap insurance and full warranty bumper to bumper for 2 years if your looking for a honest hard working team that will go out of their way for you this is the place I saw a couple bad reviews I think that was due to people just being Karen's. I gave them respect and they met my every need will certainly be back for another vehicle next time I'm buying. If your on the fence don't be go in be respectful and watch them move mountains for you thank again all of you. God bless you.

I love my Elantra. It is a smooth ride and very good on gas. It is reliable and comfortably and definitely affordable. There is plenty of room in the front and back and the trunk is roomy too.
