I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

We were out shopping for a replacement Honda Odyssey after our 2006 Odyssey was involved in an accident and was a total loss. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Mark Olson. We explained what happened and what we were looking for. We also let him know that we had no idea what our price point would be as we hadn't heard from the insurance company. Mark brought us a 2007 Odyssey to look at, but it had too many miles for us. He then suggested a 2012 that they had. We thought it might be too expensive, but he suggested we just take a look. He brought it up to us and it was a really nice vehicle. We examined the vehicle's equipment, then Mark and I went out on a test drive. It seemed to run and drive very well. We noticed the van didn't have a roof rack and Mark checked with the guys inside and said it wouldn't be an issue to get it installed at ALM. We continued shopping around and just couldn't find a better deal or always had someone trying to convince us to go for a different vehicle because they didn't have what we wanted. Finally we hard back from the insurance company and called Mark to make sure the van was still there. It was and he put it in back for us. The actual sale of the vehicle was pretty easy and didn't take as long as it has in other dealers and we drove it home on a Sunday. After having it a couple days, we noticed a few things that needed some attention and we were working to get the roof rack installation scheduled. Mark said that we should bring the van back in and they will go through it and fix anything that's wrong. We dropped it off on May 31st in the morning to Mark & Nathan and picked it up at 5pm. The roof rack was installed, the tires were replaced, the oil change was done, the brake rotors resurfaced and new pads. I'm real happy with what Mark and ALM have done. When it's time for me to replace my car, I know that I will check with ALM and see what they have. Thanks so much guys!

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. Deserves much more favorable press than it gets. Very pleased.

The only issues I had with my 2017 Infiniti QX50 was the lack of a powered tailgate and it required premium gas. However, I have to say it was a VERY Well Built Vehicle! We had an accident (T-Boned, on the Passenger-side by a Honda CR-V traveling at 35-40 MPH). The Curtain and Passenger Chair Airbags deployed, but we walked away with a minor passenger arm bruise and a driver jammed-finger; even though that QX50 was damaged enough to be declared a Total Loss. Over the past 18 years, we have owned three Infiniti vehicles (2000 G20, 2012 G25, 2017 QX50) because we have a HIGH REGARD for the Infiniti Brand. Unfortunately, they did not have a mid-size SUV to replace the QX50 we lost in that accident.

I have taken my QX60 to the Infiniti dealerships in both Roswell and Marietta for oil changes and tire rotations, but this last time I tried the Infiniti dealership in Gwinnett. Rowell was okay, I could get in and out of there during lunchtime on a weekday in an hour and fifteen minutes, maybe an hour and a half. (That was oil, tires, and a wash.) The Nalley dealership in Marietta made me so frustrated I was in tears. Took them a half an hour just to call me up and get my paperwork started. An hour and a half later I demanded my car so I could return back to work. I told them I didn't care if it was washed - just bring me my car! It took them ANOTHER thirty minutes just to bring it around (not washed), so total I was there for over two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Never going there again for sure! I've heard they have a new service manager so I don't know if it will get any better but I'm not really inclined to try it. This last time, however, I took my car to the Infiniti of Gwinnett dealership - again during lunch - and again I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Kashawn was amazing! I actually initially went up there late on Saturday afternoon but they were just closing shop. He still made an effort to see if they could squeeze me in but they couldn't. He worked with me though to make an appointment for the following Wednesday (per my schedule, not theirs) at noon. I brought my car up there about 12:35 and he wrote out a card for me that had an expected finish time of 1:40 on one side and the Wi-Fi password on the other. I took my laptop in and got some work done while I waited. I didn't even realize an hour had passed but he came to get me right before 1:40 and told me my car was done and he was ready to finish my paperwork whenever I was. I finished what I was working on and went back to his desk. I paid for my service and he took me out to my car to make sure everything was to my liking. They even vacuumed the cargo area behind the third row for me like I had asked (they don't normally do that part - I think they only do the first two rows?). It looked great and I even had a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me in my cup holder! To be honest I went in dreading it so I took my laptop this time so I could at least be productive while I waited for an eternity for my car to get done. But that was not the case at all! They were great, Kashawn was SO nice and friendly, and they got my car done right and done on time. Guess I know where I will be going from now on? :-)

If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow. When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system. Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees. On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works. 40k vehicle doesn’t have Bluetooth audio.

Recently I had a hip operation which makes it difficult for me to enter and exit this vehicle. We're an older couple who use this car as our 2nd vehicle so we've only put less than 15K miles on the car since we bought it new. After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

Today was an amazing day. Truthfully speaking, I walked into Off Lease with little hope of purchasing a car today. My credit is poor and is in the midst of being repaired. I do have a moderate income and a trustworthy career that I got into debt working hard to establish. However, my previous car had many issues and I began to worry about safety for my children. Today I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by smiling faces. Still half asleep I walked in partially disheveled from long shifts the last few days. From the front desk woman, to being happy that my saleswoman was female a sweet demeanor, to the friendly sales manager who promptly introduced himself and assured me where there's a will theres a way. I arrived at about 10 am and left at 230 PM in enough time to see my children's surprised and smiling faces when they saw our new 2018 Dodge Charger. Jade my saleswoman made all the difference. First and foremost, she explained the process and helped me get set up with a test drive. She reassured me that it was worth trying to apply for financing because Off Lease has many banks that help approve clients. I went with it and to my surprise I was approved. Armando the financial manager worked his best to get me a fair rate and ensured I got all the services needed to protect my investment. I am very please especially that the process was so well organized so that I could drop my children to school drive to OL (1 hour) and get out by 2:30 to get them by 330. The whole process from start to finish was 6.5 hours. Not bad for financing compared to most places. Thank you all for your attention, assertiveness, empathy, and compassion!!!! Especially Ms. Jade:) I would highly reccomend and this is the fourth car purchased in my family from Off Lease!

I went to Offlease on my Brother's recommendation. He purchased a Lexus and a Toyota from them in the past. Never expected such an honest, straight forward, customer oriented experience. This is not the typical used car dealership we are all familiar with. I don't know of any place that would provide you with carfax reports on every vehicle. And if that's not enough they even have a "true car" inspection performed detailing damage previously sustained (even if it had been repaired). You can test drive as many cars as you wish (and believe me I did). Finally they'll even let you take the car the your mechanic (although I never did cause I trusted them so much I didn't feel like I needed to). My sales rep, Jared, was always professional from the time I spoke to him on the phone to the final handshake. My mom and I were there the entire afternoon till closing looking at cars, taking test drives and asking questions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. This is amazing because Jared apparently made 3 sales that day and not once did I feel neglected or rushed. He coordinated all aspects of the sale and followed up with service that was beyond my expectations (more on this later). Toby did my trade-in appraisal and the $500 he gave me for my 13 years young manual Chevy HHR was what I had hoped to get (and probably more than what it was really worth). The clutch was questionable, it always required two ignitions to start, and it had 190K miles. Bottom line, I am very happy with the value I got for my trade in. Toby could have been a jerk, he never made fun of my ride or gave me some hardball appraisal tactic. He simply stated the issues he found with my car and gave me his professional appraisal. Thanks! Well, eventually we had to get the paperwork done to make the sale official and Albert made it easy. He tried to sell me the extended warranty but was never pushy about it. He explained the papers I was signing and did it all quickly because he was extremely organized. We ran into a problem, I didnt have my title with me and GMAC didn't remove the lien on my car even though my trade in was paid off. Long story short, I finished the trade in after I already purchased the car off their lot. I was concerned that they would try to decrease my trade in value for my old HHR but they were true to their word and gave me $500 plus $30 (for the tax I would have saved had I did the trade in on the day of sale). Seriously, that's unbelievable! What really impressed me most was how they (thanks Stephanie even though I never met you in person) took care of me even after I purchased the Caravan. So the Caravan that my Mom chose had a strange vibration during my test drive. They had their mechanic check it out and they told me it was the rear tires. Well, they promised me they'd replace the tires at no charge. Problem was their service department was very busy and backed up for days. They wouldn't be able to change my tires until 5 days after my purchase. Wait a second... I only have 5 days to return this car. Sounds suspicious right? Nope! They emailed me a voucher that I could take to any PepBoys to have the rear tires replaced at my convenience. Are you kidding me?! So I took it to PepBoys, they changed out the rear Michellin to new Michellin (not some cheap crap) tires and now the car I just bought rides as smooth as it should. Guys thanks for this amazing car buying experience. You have earned yourself a customer for life.

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I absolutely love this dealership. I had the best sales rep. James Phillips made me look like a pro at buying cars. He listened and helped me get in the car I wanted. He wasn't pushy or try to push me into something I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership in record time. It actually took me longer to get insurance then to fill out my loan paperwork. James Phillips is so great! Ladies you can buy a car and be treated with respect and like royalty. I came in with a few challenges on my credit and still got the car I wanted. No settling!
