I have been home for 20 minutes following the purchase of my 2016 Infiniti QX50 and had to make sure I submitted my feedback regarding my experience over the Last few weeks. Velko Tsvetanov was amazing- he made sure I felt as though my inquiries were of utmost importance and responded to each inquiry quickly. From sending videos to providing alternative options, Velko???s customer service was stellar. 2 years ago, we purchased a new SUV (cheaper than Lexus) from a local dealership to save some $$ on payments -- I won't make that mistake again! I don't want to bash that dealership or brand, but the SUV had some cheap features we didn't notice at first such as the cargo liner made from a felt-like material; and at the last oil change they were already trying to sell us new tires. That was the last straw for us! Having owned Lexus cars in the past, we never had issues like these. So we traded in that SUV yesterday at Hennessey Lexus and came armed to the teeth with information to try to get the best value I could on a new NX300, and they more than met our expectations! Nick was great at matching the great discount we had gotten at another dealer and getting management to get us top $$ for our trade-in. Jin did a super job at guiding us through and understanding the options with no pressure at all to choose any options we didn't want or need. Once our purchase was complete, Danny sat with us in our new NX300 and explained all the features thoroughly, quickly, and calmly. And the customer lounge! Compared to the other dealership we dealt with for 2 years, it's like a Delta Sky Lounge versus the cramped and spartan environment you get at most other dealerships. I regret going with a different dealership and car brand two years ago, have learned my lesson - if and when we need another new vehicle, it will be a Lexus from Hennessey!
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Tim was extremely helpful without applying any pressure to purchase a vehicle. He was straight forward with pricing and what to expect during purchase process. I would recommend him as the Sale Rep to visit at ALM.

The pre-owned vehicles are like brand new - I honestly cant tell a difference! Josh was my sales person and he really knows his cars! He was friendly, helpful and easy going, no pressure. We just bought a used Lexus and were lucky enough to work with Christian Puglisi! I found the car on-line and called the dealership and was connected with Christian. He answered all my questions about the car and I told him I was driving down from Chattanooga that afternoon. When I arrived he welcoming, had the car ready for showing, was gracious on the test drive and made the experience totally pleasant. Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
