From the very first phone call yesterday to the very end of the day Greg Webb was so friendly and knowledgable. I live a good piece away from the dealer, so there was going to be some driving involved. He was very kind and considerate and he worked with me. I told him the estimated time my husband and I would arrive and he assured me that the CPO '15 Tiguan RLine, would be pulled up and ready to go when I arrived. She was sitting there just as promised. And was every bit as adorable as I had hoped. He took my husband and I on a test drive not too far from the dealer, but not in heavy traffic which really helped me get a feel for the car without worrying about congestion or anything that might make one nervous when driving in an area you're not familiar with. The whole test drive we talked about what I was looking for in the vehicle and he was able to assure me that those specific things were covered. By the time we arrived back to the dealership I was sold. I knew she was the one. He made the negotiation process very comfortable and no pressure at all. He & Ron worked with us and we arrived at a place we were all happy. In fact, that all ran so smoothly, we finished up pretty quick. They were busy that day, as any dealer would like to be, so there were a couple people ahead of us for financing. My husband and I were fine with waiting, but they so kindly gave us a rental car to go grab a bite to eat so that we wouldn't be too late getting dinner. Just soooo thoughtful!! Greg also took the time to show us around the service department and explained the process of bringing my car for any attention she may need in the future. Greg also took the time to sync my phone to Bluetooth and we were able to get the Sirius service up and running. He explained so much and answered all the questions I had. He also told me to let him know if I have any questions later. I really had the sense that they are all about customer service. When we made it into financing, Parker worked with me, helping me to see some coverage you just can't do without and still kept me close to my payment and term of loan. Well worth the piece of mind. The dealer was closed well over an 1 1/2 and Greg stayed to wave us goodbye. Sooooo nice!!!!! He also followed up with me today just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly highly recommend Fairfield VW... ask for Greg Webb. I left with piece of mind and assured that they really do care about Volks (people in German) Now I'm the proud owner of "Lucy" My first VW EVER!
