My initial complaint was regarding service with Porter Nissan where it was later determined that it was actually Nissan that was preventing my repairs. The service manager made several attempts to convince Nissan that this was a cause and effect issue however Nissan balked at the repairs. The service group at Porter are top people to deal with and will go the extra mile for you. After it was all said and done Porter was in my corner.
Hands-down the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ron was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The selection of cars on the lot made it hard to choose, since there are so many great looking vehicles in stock. I essentially left here with a car on nothing more than a handshake and a signature, as my auto loan couldn't be processed until Monday - but they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to drive back to Delaware from PA because of this little mixup. Be warned, there isn't a lot of room for negotiation in thier pricing, so don't expect to haggle much. However with the quality and condition of these cars - you really won't need to!
Went to the dealership a month after buying it - came back with absolutely 0 issues on the car! No better indicator of quality in my mind.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I am always a bit leary when purchasing a used car let alone from smaller dealers but Landmark completely blew me away with their customer support. After purchasing a used Audi there was a problem with the brakes. Not only did the owner work with me to fix the problem he paid for the repairs when he didn’t have to. You will be pleased with Landmark in every way!!
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
- Test drove the car and committed to the purchase. Mike searched several financial institutions and got me a great rate.
- In and out of the dealership in record time.
Just a great experience all around. I feel that I got a great deal. No haggling on the price or trade-in removes the stress from the process. I guess it helps when the price and trade-in are generous and fair. I would recommend CarSense to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By the crowd of people at the dealership, I think many people would agree with me!
As always the friendliness and level of service was excellent. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were in and out in less than an hour. Also as always I do believe the level of service should be matched by a courtesy of vacuuming the interior--this is my only caveat to a great experience.
I recently had visited here in looks for a new car and and was welcomed in without being pushed or sold. They gave me space til I was ready and once I was ready to “Make the deal” they were easy to work with and willing to do what made me happy.
