The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

Traveled 500miles to buy a used Jeep here. Marcel was easy to talk to, represented the vehicle accurately, sale went as planned, and he did everything he said he would. I would buy another vehicle here.

Overall a great experience. The Preliminary paperwork during the purchase could use a little work. Nothing out of the norm, but would highly recommend the blanks be filled in prior. Dennis is by far one of the most knowledgable I've met in the industry. He is honest and straightforward about the loan process and approval procedure. He made sure I got the best rates offered by the numerous credit unions, without multiple credit hits. I would highly recommend Dennis and his dealership for an auto purchase.

Just bought a car from them and coming from someone who's been to multiple car dealers from third party ones to actual car company ones, this place so far has been the best dealer with customer service out of all of them! Walked right in and the sales consultant Jay Walker helped me right away; he wasn't judgemental, he was fair and friendly with a great attitude and upfront not like the 75% of salesmen who work off commission, he actually cared that I was wanting to buy a car that very day and that I had needs. He even serviced me and multiple other people at once and kept the same attitude through each customer and me, treated us all equal and fairly. No fees were charged either, besides tax which was cool the price was more realistic to what the website said, unlike car companies with huge markups nowadays. Ken Lien my sales guy at Garcia Infiniti was an excellent in helping me find my QX60. He called me as soon as the car I wanted hit the lot. Im very happy with the car and the after sales help he has given me when I come up with a dumb question. I did not experience any high pressure sales at Garcia Infiniti. Would recommend.
