Charlotte was key in getting us to come in and get our 31st truck for our fleet. Jeff Wasson was perfect in communication as the truck completed the reconditioning.
2020 INFINITI QX60 review
Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

Great and fast car for the money. Reliable as long as you keep up with maintenance. Good alternative then a BMW and cheaper to maintain. Haven’t had any major issues.

Modern Nissan of Lake Norman review
Pressure free buying at Modern Nissan!! Brian Barner is an amazing sales rep. He was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. Brian and Taryn worked with me on pricing and made the entire process easy. My second car from Modern Nissan and I know I will be back for another car.
2025 INFINITI QX60 review
Beautiful car, a real eye catcher, a wonderful drive, loaded to the Max with features, I got with 10K miles, last month, for a steal well below the suggested price range. I got a deal because people write off an Infiniti as a gussied up Nissan, but how is that different than a Lexus being a gussied up Toyota, etc.? I realize that this is the first year of a V4 variable compression engine, which has had coking issues. I presume that Infiniti has had time now to download adjustments to mitigate this, and I intend to baby the engine by letting it sit for a few seconds after starting before driving to make certain there is sufficient oil before heavy loads, and to change oil after every 5k miles rather than the 7,500.,, recommended. I am getting filet mignon at hamburg prices.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer
2022 INFINITI QX60 review
In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

2019 INFINITI QX80 review
Drove nissans and Toyota my whole life..I was looking for an armada but got the luxury version instead which is the QX80. Very luxurious in and out my only gripe was the infotainment which is severely outdated with no android auto or Apple car play. still this big girl has plenty of power and the V8 is intoxicating lol which I'm loving. THIS truck isn't meant for fuel economy, if you want that, get a hybrid. Very reliable and luxurious. Hermosa Blue is plainly gorgeous for this truck.

M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington review
Great dealership to work with! Very friendly staff. Great inventory selections. Finance managers were great.
2022 INFINITI QX80 review
Interior is dated. Looks great from the outside, plenty of power. I did my homework and got a 1 owner lease return with 17k miles. The dealership clearance price was $52k. After a week of haggling I got it for $45k. Absolutely worth that! If I paid $80k I’d be disappointed. This is my 3rd Infiniti including a G35 a Q50. Ive had zero problems with any of the 3. If you get it for right price it’s well worth it!

Lake Norman INFINITI review
Very professional, pleasant personnel, excellent service, problem taken care of. Love the ideal of a liaison, so educated on your cars, that they can communicate between mechanic and customer keeping you informed. Just walking in this dealership?s service department you get a good feeling right away. Then talking with them, you know that they really care and take pride in the service they provide. A real rarity today. Very pleased.

2018 INFINITI Q60 review
I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

Merlex Auto Group review
Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.

Trust AutoReviews
Trust Auto review
We sold our SUV to Trust Auto, and dealt with Nemat Yuldashev. Once we agreed on the price, the rest was easy, especially since we don't live in MD. He was very responsive and professional, and the deal was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the process and would recommend using this company.
