We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

I went with my daughter to drop off her car for an oil change and went to say hello to Franky Lena, our salesman for the the last 12 years. Haley ended up leaving the dealership in a brand new Acura Integrga. Franky made it so simple, even went the extra mile and got her the color she wanted, thank you so much Franky!! Look forward to my next car from Delray Honda with Franky!!

McGrath Volkswagen of MarionReviews
McGrath Volkswagen of Marion review
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICING: Having purchased more cars than shoes, at least it seems like this, I am very familiar with dealers and the process. We purchased our 2025 VW ID BUZZ through McGrath of Marion due to the pricing and ease. We saved almost 20k in doing so and working with the sales team [BLAKE] was like dealing with family or a friend; transparent. But more so, the follow up service was what makes the whole experience worthwhile. We had a minor glitch on transport. And McGrath took full responsibility for this. We appreciate this level of integrity. This was all handled thousand plus miles away on the phone. No xx, no dancing around ... everything was straight up and handled. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend McGrath of Marion for all car related purchases.
2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
We were looking for a plug-in car we could love without success for years. Finally we found the I-Pace! It's super fun to drive. It's marketed as an SUV, but that's a bit of a stretch -- although the interior is spacious, it's lower and longer than most SUV's, making it more like a sportwagon in both looks and how it drives. The car has a ton of features, most of them accessed through a touch screen. Unfortunately the touch screen layout is not very intuitive and it can be challenging to figure out; the user manual is some help, but is more of a reference than a guide ("here's what this button does" rather than "here's how you do this"). Is it worth the price tag? Well, the price is actually a little lower than comparable BEV vehicles like Tesla X or Audi e-Tron. But if an all-electric vehicle isn't important to you, you can get the same level of comfort and technology for quite a bit less. As for reliability, it's too early to tell. But it was delivered with a bad wheel hub that had it in the shop for a week when we'd only had it a couple of weeks. We worry that this could reflect poor quality control in manufacturing, although it could just be a fluke. We sure hope so -- certainly the long warranty indicates they believe in their reliability.

CarMax Tucson - EastReviews
2022 Jaguar I-PACE review
I've had my 2022 I-Pace HSE for a month now. Quiet, lightning fast, no loss of acceleration on highway and just as quiet as my Lexus when I'm speeding along. Comfortable seats, good controls and excellent steering, with lots of drive modes to chose from. A really, low center of gravity, race car that doubles as a comfortable cruiser (and I'm 60 and like a comfortable ride now most of all). It doesn't have a center console clock, it has a ton of menus that do everything, but you have to initial spend some time figuring them out. There is no feedback from the engine telling you what the car is doing like the old days, and the standard mirror is way to dark, looking into that tiny heavily tinted rear glass window (my car did not come with Clearview rear view mirror, which should be standard, and that is huge). The panoramic roof is so dark, it neither lets in light nor allows much of a view, and definitely miss my sunroof that opened, because you use the A/C sooo much less. Plus, but I actually enjoy this, you must plug the car in as soon as you get home. But I'd still chose this car. I arrive home with 50-60% power every night, and even my standard wall outlet charges the car to 80%+ by A.M. and that suits me fine. (2022 model has faster charger), Instant acceleration and high regen braking allows you to drive without applying the brakes !! That is fantastic !! Although I did switch to low regen after a couple weeks and I really like how it coasts and still regenerates the battery. A seriously cool car that puts you on the cutting edge, and my solar panels charge it up at night, what more could you ask for as you speed by the gas station and repair shop !!!??? : )

Land Rover Cerritos review
From the time I parked in their guest parking space to the time I left the dealership, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and professional staff at Cerritos Land Rover. Huge shout-out and thanks to Ahmed for a no-pressure approach to sales, especially accomodating my reasonable conditions, making for a very smooth and easy purchase decision. Also big thanks to Seif and Raphael in Finance for continuing the relaxed experience working out the paperwork and answering my questions. Thanks to Gustavo for the vehicle walk-thru going over vehicle features, as well as ensuring the car came with all the accessories it was supposed to. Finally, thanks to Adam for delivering my vehicle safely all the way down to San Diego with all that LA/SD Freeway traffic, on the same day as my purchase! And again to Seif who drove down with Adam in a different vehicle for the return trip back to Cerritos. The dealership being clean out in the lot and in the guests and office spaces definitely represented the luxury and prestige of the brand. Complimented by a super friendly and professional staff... what more can you ask for in a dealership and vehicle purchase experience?! Hartford Alfa Romeo Cadillac Jaguar Maserati Volkswagen FIATReviews
Hartford Alfa Romeo Cadillac Jaguar Maserati Volkswagen FIAT review
It's a bit of a "leap of faith" buying a used car from 200+ miles away, and sight unseen. Even though you can, technically, walk away if something is not as expected, it is a great investment of time to make the trip. Alex answered every question and concern I had, and the team at Valenti respected my time, knowing I needed to have everything in order and get on the road as quickly as possible to beat the NY area traffic. They were great, and while the traffic hit me anyway, I won because the Super Cruise in the Lyric made the trip much easier. Car was 'as represented', trade value was fair, and staff was professional and courteous. What more can you ask for?

SAG Auto Sales review
Excellent, got a loan with no money down. They were very patient and I wasn't leaving without the perfect car. I have to say they went above and beyond. D Angelo was great. Pre-Approved before I got there and all they did was attend to my requests. If I could I would give them 10 stars.
2019 Jaguar I-PACE review
I bought a fully specked 2019 Ipace in 2020 and have put ~15k miles on it. It isn't a very efficient EV, and today many other EVs will charge faster, but if you are staying with a 300 mile / 500 km circle most of the time, it is perfect for you. Drives really well. Loads of awards. Unique.

2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
Beautiful exterior and interior design. Drives like real sport car. Battery is enough for most daily drives, but you may want to use other car for long trips if you don't want spend time on chatting on the road. Very luxury inside, looks like exotic car

Land Rover CerritosReviews
Thank you all for the awesome experience I had buying my first Land Rover!! Auto Gallery Jacksonville review
I'm giving this place a 5-star review at the moment. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle yet, and that's only because of my finances this week and nothing to do with the dealership. So, I will update it with the my delivery experience and some pictures of the car. To be honest there were a few hiccups while finalizing my deal but nothing that would stop me from recommending them at this time. -Sam and Greg were great and did everything they could to get me in the second car of my choice but it is still a car I wanted, so I'm a happy customer. My first car choice deposit was just out of my reach. -Mary in financing was great as well. I was introduced to Karen from financing and she seemed friendly and welcoming. -Last but not least, Mack my salesman. I can not honestly say enough good things about him. Personable, extremely friendly, and honest and was my voice behind the scenes. I honestly felt as though he had my back during the entire time I was there. He isn't one of the salesman that disappears for 90 percent of the time leaving you at a desk just waiting. Yes, I'm talking about a used car salesman, one that I feel you can trust and will do what it takes to earn your business. Thank you, Sam, Greg, Mary and especially Mack with his great customer service skills. -So if you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend you stop by and see Mack. Thanks again, Scott

Land Rover San Diego review
It was a long journey getting there due to 5 freeway closure caused by Yam xxxx' Vice President, but once I arrived, the greeting was fantastic, the dealership was beautifully maintained, the staff was excellent, and the purchase was one of the best. I've purchase numerous new cars, and this was one of the best experiences (even though it took a long time). I arrived 1/2 hour before they closed and they never tried to rush the purchase experience.

This is my second time purchasing a car with this dealership and just like before it was an awesome experience. Elijah was very helpful in every way, he made the process so smooth!!!
2022 Jaguar I-PACE review
We've had our 2020 HSE for two years now. When buying we wanted something more car than tech and jaguar obviously are the masters at that. They've produced a real driver's EV and as a result, converted this petrol head to an EV head. Well done Jaguar, looking forward to seeing where you go from here.

Becky was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her going through the final bill line by line and explaining each item. First time an SA has done that.
2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
I am on my second Ipace and have no complaints. I'm sad to see Jaguar leave the car business. They had the best warranty and customer service out of a number of the luxury cars. I have a charger at home and do not drive long distances. There is nothing better for running around town.

Pedro was great to work and answered every single one of my many questions. When he didnt have the answer ready, he found it for me. A smooth experience all around! I traveled from Martha's Vineyard to pick up the car and Acton Toyota was incredibly accommodating about getting as much of the paperwork done prior to my arrival.
