First time buying a salvaged vehicle so I asked a ton of questions which Jason was honest, forthright and very helpful. Bought Nissan Titan truck over a year ago and never had a problem with it. Runs like a monster and looks great. Would definitely buy here again.
Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.

Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii.
Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle.
Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing.
I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.
Staff was very courteous, and attentive to covering all my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured. Negotiations were ok, if you???ve done your research, and know what you want they are fairly straight forward.

New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
I was browsing through Ghibli on cars.com and saw one that I liked from Scottsdale Ferrari. Minutes after I emailed the dealership for more info, I was contacted by Demian K. I drove over there to do test drive. He guided me very well. I was buying this as trade-in, but the quote I proposed wasn't reasonable. Maybe a chance still there to negotiate but will see.

I purchased a vehicle from a private seller 3 days before the bumper to bumper warranty ran out. Steve in the service department made special provisions for me to get the car in on the last day of the warranty even though the service department was fully booked. From the moment I pulled into the service bay it was white glove treatment for me and the vehicle. My son and I were offered drinks within minutes of exiting the car and escorted to see Steve. While giving Steve the information he needed my car was fitted with protection for the seats floors and steering wheel. I was offered a loaner for the day which I didn't happen to need that day. When we returned later to pick up the car the same treatment was received again, everyone I had dealt with in the morning remembered my name later. My car came back with the repairs complete and very clean. I did need an oil change and it was all that I was charged for, as I paid the cashier my some asked the price of a key chain and pen set in the area and he was offered it for free. Chandler will do all my service in the future and when my is ready we will purchase her new car there.
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
