I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2019 Jaguar F-PACE review
I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

I was very happy with my experience of buying my Toyota Prius. Bruno, the manager was Great. I came he made the car ready for me and gave me the key and told to take as much time as I want to test the car. I tested and checked it inside and out. I came back and told him that everything was great except that I felt a couple of rotors and brake pads might have been worn out. He said he will take of that. 2020 Jaguar F-PACE review
The F-Pace is an excellent sporty SUV. 2.5L engine has been completely trouble free. The suspension on this generation is a bit firmer than the newer generation. The performance and fuel economy is great. The infotainment system allows for apple car play (corded). The F Pace is bigger than other compact SUVs in its class. I wish Jag wasn’t so committed to going all electric because they have taken the Land Rover Velar and made the F-Pace more sporty and luxurious.

2017 Jaguar F-PACE review
Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

2018 Jaguar XE review
Bought used, great gas mileage on highway runs, avg 32mpg Not sure why adaptive cruise control wasn't incorporated, Jaguar got it backwards??, they have a setting you set at speed desired, and it won't allow you to exceed that set speed ??? Actually dangerous option !!! Interior is clean, luxurious, body style is smooth and aerodynamic looking . 4 cyd turbo 25t AWD R Sport version is quick off the line, a smooth, now and then you will hear the kitten purr, but this cat can growl too. Overall great car to own and drive...

2013 Jaguar XJ review
Bought a certified used XJ 3.0 AWD. Amazing ride. As smooth at 100 as it is at 40. Comfortable for long road trips, and nimble enough for downtown. Surprisingly fast acceleration... especially for the poor soul who want to try against it. This is the only car I've ever owned I plan to keep forever.

2018 Jaguar E-PACE review
Pros: Best looking, best handling in class and fun to drive. Stunning looks & style for a SUV, well laid out & comfortable sporty cockpit (F Type copy), good driver visibility, brilliant performance technology, great features, smooth quick-shifting nine-speed transmission, quite nimble, precise steering, super stable braking, great cornering & windy conditions stability, excellent surround camera system, brilliant adaptive cruise control, unbelievable self parking, very good sound system, good interior fit and finish, and great storage capability considering vehicle size. Cons: Little expensive, feathery overly sensitive accelerator pedal (spurts), washed out touchscreen display, windshield blocks radio frequencies, and a few other minor issues listed under, ?Details of Issues?. Overall: A vehicle well suited to city driving and equally at home in the country; but not my first choice for long distance trips (full-size SUV time). The vehicle is best suited to a family of four or less (children and smaller bodies in the rear). The 21 inch wheels provide a great ride in ?Comfort? & ?Dynamic? modes, better than the smaller offerings. Brakes are excellent and feel stable under hard braking. Has ?ECO? mode to improve fuel consumption. 6 -different models and a plethora of options to suit most needs. Has all the latest safety features and collision avoidance. Top model could do with a more powerful motor. It is miles better than the competition. 5 out of 5 if it wasn?t for the touchscreen display washout and the feathery throttle pedal. Bottom Line: If you want the best looking, best handling compact SUV in the world, your search stops here. Details of Issues (nothing major) Expensive Has better performance technology than the competition which costs a little more; but even so, still seems a bit pricey. Windshield Blocks Radio Frequencies The windshield is metalized resulting in the blocking of radio frequencies. There is a small clear patch to place your Toll Tag. So the range of wireless devices will be reduced (up to 95%), including; door and gate openers, phones, RFID, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and medical alert. Feather Light and Overly Sensitive Throttle Pedal Almost no foot feel and too sensitive. A bumpy road, a sharp corner or just acceleration forces can cause unwanted acceleration spurts (jerking). Also, you have to hold your foot up all the time when just cruising. It feels unnatural and a little uncomfortable. Thank goodness for the excellent adaptive cruise control. Touchscreen Washout The touchscreen difficult to see in bright daylight and is barely visible in bright sunny conditions. The problem is that the display sits angled almost flat well ahead of the roofline and there is no sunshade, so the sun shines right on it. Accentuated by no high contrast color scheme option, just ?Light? (light pastel) or ?Dark?. It?s fine at night or on dreary days. Windshield Reduces Night Vision The windshield is metalized to block UV rays which it does well. It also cuts down visible light reducing normal vision just like sunglasses or regular window tint does. The problem is that it also reduces vision at night too when you need maximum clarity. Road Noise Road (tire) noise is noticeable and could benefit from improved floor and wheel arch insulation. Automatic Relocking & Arming Only the dealership can turn it on or off. I can see the reason for automatic locking and arming in high crime areas. In the country, the automatic system is annoying and inconvenient. There should be an easy way to turn the feature on and off. Door Locked Condition Indicator No visible external indicator that the doors are locked (except the folding door mirrors). In a noisy bright light situation, it?s difficult to see (light flash) or hear the doors lock. Automatic Power Fold Door Mirrors Useful option, but it can only be turned on and off by the dealership? Keyless Door Locking Keyless locking is overly complicated and imprecise (Unlocking is great). The manual goes into detail not to grab the door handle while touching the lock sensor. In reality, it is only necessary to be lightly touching the handle for the sensor not to work; or if your finger touches a little outside of the sensor area. One could turn on the auto locking full time, but that causes other irritating convenience issues. Restricted Driver?s Foot Well No good place to put your left foot if you have long legs. Wheel well intrudes into this space. I guess people with long legs shouldn?t drive compact SUVs on long trips. Reflections from Bright Shiny Bezels Reflection in driver?s side mirror from bright shiny driver?s side air vent bezel. Can be a distraction. 1998 Jaguar XK8 review
I purchased my black on black coupe in 2005 when it had 32000 miles and have driven it sparingly. Today it has only just over 37000 and it has been almost flawless! I did have to replace a headlight washer at the dealer when I first bought it (expensive), but she hasn't been back to the dealer since. I replace the oil with Mobil 1 full synthetic every 6 months and use Sonoco 93 premuim gas. The car runs great, makes no unwanted noises, and has no rust or corrosion whatsoever. Ford did a great job with these. I also have a 2006 Mercedes SL500 and they drive very similarly with almost the same horsepower (300). I have never felt that I neded anything more. These cars are well engineered and will surely appreciate in value over time!

2007 Jaguar XKR review
My only reasons I sold mine was 1st. The restricted performance mode. No other American made supercharged car has this idiotic and dangerous mode. 2nd. The dealers rip you off for parts purchases. I needed a new engine start button. $210.00? For a plastic button likely made in china for 35c.

2009 Jaguar XKR review
The Jaguar XKR is beautiful, stylish, has lots of legroom and more than enough power. The interior fit and finish with the American burled walnut blend old & new styles and technology. The seats are infinitely adjustable and very comfortable. The steering wheel can also be set for height and depth which is very helpful. This car turns heads like no other car I have owned although that's not why I purchased it. The car is simply fun to drive and handles very weel.

1996 Jaguar XJS review
Have had my 96 xhs celebration for 28 years. Intense red with beautiful contrast piping on the seats. Never had a mechanical issue. Bullet proof. Shifts flawlessly! Suspension is great and something no one talks about…… little to no road noise or annoying wind shuddering! Im getting buried in it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. 2020 Jaguar I-PACE review
I am on my second Ipace and have no complaints. I'm sad to see Jaguar leave the car business. They had the best warranty and customer service out of a number of the luxury cars. I have a charger at home and do not drive long distances. There is nothing better for running around town.

2023 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I've only had it a few weeks. So, can't speak to reliability. But design, inside a d out, is fabulous. Engine performance (and sound) is great. Ride is a bit more calm than I expected, which is nice since this is mostly a GT for me. But, even with that forgiveness, it is planted in corners. Great blend. I won't be doing track days, so the 450 is all I need. Value is debatable for a car/toy like this. But, I have no buyer remorse, so that says something!

2012 Jaguar XF review
If you want a car that feels like flying this is it. In long trips the powerful engine and cruise control make driving much less tiring. I have replaced the air compressor and water pump. I hear this is normal and you should plan on a water pump. I did the timing chain retro fit and now this car is the best car ever. If you love to drive and are willing to pay the maintenance you will love this car. Ask about timing chain retro fit for the 5.0 liter engine.

2016 Jaguar XF review
The XF 35t (6 cyl) is crazy quick, nimble, smooth and quiet. The interior is elegant and extremely comfortable. Luxury AND performance. Not a single problem with the car through 65K miles - reliable. Economic at greater than 25 mpg (premium fuel). My only issue is a rather small trunk. Best car bargain possible if purchased used.

2020 Jaguar XF review
It's beautiful and after three years, not a single problem. My 2017 XE was the same way. Of course, it's expensive to maintain, but it's a Jaguar, and if you've ever driven one, you'll never want to drive another car again. Mercedes and BMW's are nanny cars. Jaguar treats you like you're an adult.
