Hugh White Honda review
Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

Herrnstein Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia review
10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you all!

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY HELD IT FOR ME ALL DAY TILL I COULD GET THERE AFTER WORK. GOT A BRAND NEW JEEP WRANGLER AND IT LITERALLY WAS BEST PRICE THAT I COULD FIND IN THE WHOLE NATION!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP WITH THE BEST PRICES!! MET THE OWNER TODAY AND YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN, HE TOOK CARE OF US FROM THE BEGINNING TILL WE WALKED OUT THE DOOR AND DROVE HOME IN OUR NEW CAR!! NO TALKING TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO GET THE DEAL DONE!! JUST ONE GUY, AND IT HAPPENED TO BE THE OWNER!! LOVE THIS PLACE!
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

Auto Mart Of Ohio review
I bought an SUV from them Oct. 2025 and was happy at the no pressure experience. Sarah was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire purchase and trade-in process. We got a good price on our vehicle. Soon we discovered an issue, called, quickly got an appointment to check things out, and the repair was made right then at no charge to us, covered by the warranty that came with the vehicle. We are happy with our vehicle, with AutoMart, and would definitely recommend them to others. Great job, folks!

★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙

Herrnstein Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia review
I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Staff members stopped over to thank us for purchasing from the business. We highly recommend Hernnstein in Waverly. By the way, my review is legit. I did clip a photo of the listing.

Drive Direct review
I had a great experience working with Nathan Weekes at Drive Direct. He was very professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though my credit score was only okay, Nathan worked hard to help me get a really good deal and made the financing process much easier than I expected. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nathan and Drive Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Coughlin Chevy, GMC, Buick review
We've not had the opportunity yet, to visit your dealership, but look forward to seeing your inventory. We're interested in a Toyota Tacoma or Tundra Pickup or a GMC Sierra or Chevy Silverado. A very nice low mileage used truck. Not a country Cadillac but a truck we can use. We've owned a truck 47 years and we miss not having one. Ty for your response, God bless you and Merry Christmas. 🙏's,❤️,✌️, 🎶 & 😊 🙂 ☺️ 😃...... ✌️.
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Car Source David Gurevitz Oct 13, 2025 “ This is the 2nd car I bought from Alonzo at Car Source. I found him to be one of the best. As the same as the last time, I told him what I was looking for and a few days later he found it. In the past, I have tried this with numerous other car lots. And needless to say, have never been successful. Alonzo always comes through. He's very professional, but also honest and down to earth. Thank you for being my "go to guy". I appreciate you...
