2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. Bought a new vehicle from here, for the first time, and the overall experience was good. This dealership was out of our way but it was well worth it at the end. Our sales person was Khurram (Kay) Samana and he was fantastic! I highly recommend him and will personally go back to him next time as well. This is a no frill, small, simple, and straight forward dealership that doesn't enforce any unnecessary markups and/or ports on you like other dealerships does. Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! I honestly don’t understand why this dealership doesn’t have more five-star reviews. The entire experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The car was priced well below market value—I bought it for about $3,500 under Blue Book value with a clean title. It had been fully refurbished and repaired, and because of the great price, I was even able to purchase a three-year warranty for extra peace of mind. People who claim every car from here has mechanical problems don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s important to be realistic: if you’re buying a $10,000 used car, there’s always a chance you’ll have to fix something eventually. That’s just part of buying a used vehicle. But my car has been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Dan was amazing. He was friendly, honest, laid-back, and never made me feel pressured. He also got me financed at about half the interest rate I was quoted elsewhere. This is a small, family-run dealership that truly cares about its customers, and it shows. I’ve bought everything from a $900 first car to an exotic supercar, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I live 250 miles away in Austin, and I’d gladly make the trip again. I’ve already recommended Dan and this dealership to friends and family, and I’ll continue doing business with them in the future.
