The sales person I was referred, Tommy Morris, was very nice and friendly. There was no pressure. His main concern was that we were satisfied. He was a great person to deal with for my recent purchase of a used car. I might have made it easy on him because they had the car I came to look at priced right so we didn't feel the need to haggle. Nevertheless, he was super friendly, extremely patient and worked to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. In addition,the finance man (Paul) was outstanding as well. He explained the best options available for monthly payments and length of contract. I was made to feel comfortable during the entire purchasing process. Buying from Bommarito was a unique experience. This was a pleasant car purchasing experience for my husband and I. We felt our business was truly appreciated. I will definitely refer family, friends and neighbors to this location.

2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. At first when I arrived immediately I felt to be in the right place. Going forward was more than amazing in every way. Brian was my contact first I had a connection with him early on with the deal. Later in the deal worked with Mike the finance guy . Both did a great job in sitting up the purchase with my concerns and questions answered. I met a 3 week new employee Nora and her twin sister Caitlyn age 19 I think they have a solid future at Jim butler. Finally the general manager Brett did a basic final review with me on every aspect of my purchase . I was there again very pleased with his efforts. Overall experience I wish every dealer experience could be like this because it should be. I had to travel over two hours to see this for myself happy to report it was worth every mile. I am now enjoying my Sierra it is excellent everything I was looking for and more. Jim Butler you have a rock solid business with a very focused A1 staff keep this going good thing will come!

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. Austin is a credit to the CarMax organization and they can be proud that such a fine person has chosen to be a part of their team. Thank you, Austin!

My wife and I wandered into Sakelaris Ford looking for a unicorn: an F-150 XL Regular Cab Short Bed 4x4 with the 5.0L V8. Ben Tinker took that challenge head-on, searching the internet for hours. Once we realized just how rare this truck was—after contacting every Ford dealer within 300 miles only to learn that either the vehicle was already sold or the dealership had “upgraded” it (for an additional $20–30K)—we thought about giving up. But not Ben. He had a mission. He widened his search to the entire country. Over the next few days, Ben reached out to practically every Ford dealer between here and both coasts. He stayed in constant contact with us, telling us not to lose hope and to keep our eyes on the prize. Then he found it—the 🦄. A nearly untouched F-150 XL RCSB that matched our exact specs. With the ease that comes from years of experience, Ben and his sales manager worked the phones, convincing the other dealership to let go of their prized truck and ship it to us. Now the fun part: negotiations. The sales manager drove a fair bargain and worked with us on price. Even after taking a small hit on the delivery cost, we felt completely comfortable pulling the trigger. We were approved over the phone and signed all the paperwork effortlessly through DocuSign. Truck is home, we’re thrilled, and we couldn’t have done it without Ben and the team at Sakelaris Ford. Highly recommend!
