Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The Service Center That Prioritizes Your Safety, Not Your Wallet. This Car Care Service Facility in Westminster are an absolute credit to the car care business in the state of Maryland. Thank you for an unforgettable honesty, transparency and care. What I experienced at your location was completely beyond anything I have ever encountered. Len Stoler is a beautiful "land lost in time." In a world where customer service has vanished, your dealership is a rare car service land that feels completely unique because people simply do not treat customers with this level of care anymore. Foremost and ultimately, I want to recognize Mike Porter, Commercial Service Manager. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness just ooze out of his pores and his entire being. I have never seen anyone quite like him. He makes you feel like family—like a brother, a father, or an uncle. It is clear that Mike truly leads that culture of exceptionalism at your location. That incredible warmth extends across the entire staff. I highly commend Jennifer, Mike Porter, as well as Jessica, and the two ladies at the front who sit next to each other and the exceptionally handsome male advisor who sits next to Jessica. I also want to praise the service advisor at the front desk, and the gentlemen out in the bay who greet you the moment you pull up. Your team had no idea who I was. They didn't know me from anyone, and they had no idea what my professional credentials were. Yet, they treated me like absolute royalty. From the moment I arrived, I have never felt so genuinely welcomed. In a world where it is rare to feel genuinely seen, your team saw me for the person I am, completely looking past the color of my skin. The kindness and thoughtfulness of your staff were mind-boggling and almost unreal. You have built a culture that goes far beyond typical car service—it is a culture of true human decency and care. I highly recommend all nurses, healthcare providers take your car here for all service.

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

One of the best car buying experiences ever. They gave me to a guy named David aka Mr Get You Right and he definitely got me right
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of York is a fantastic dealership to do business with! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring you to buy. It's a relaxed environment. If you are in need of a vehicle or just want to browse, please don't hesitate to stop here! The quality of the vehicles are top notch! We are extremely pleased with the whole shopping, buying, and financing experience! Everyone starting with the general manager Gino Gregory, our salesman Devin Cowey, and the finance mamager Josh Kerstetter, made the whole process effortless! Transparency is important to me, and everything and all concerns that you may have are fully addressed. It is so unusual to have this type of no hassle vehicle buying experience! I encourage anyone to stop by and experience this for yourself! I know that I won't hesitate to come back!

I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.
2017 Jeep Cherokee review
My 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk has 207,000 miles on it and is driven every day. I drove it past the Arctic Circle to the Arctic Ocean in Canada's Northwest Territories a few years ago. Rarely had to use 4 wheel drive. Have replaced shocks and radiator and a few windshields from driving in Alaska and the Yukon. Otherwise, just routine maintenance. Been a heck of a little car.

2017 Jeep Cherokee review
I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation
2017 Jeep Cherokee review
The Jeep Cherokee is engineered for lasting a long time, my last Jeep had about 200,000 miles on it. Performance is dismal at times, when you need power wait a while. The gas mileage and ride, and the fact that it powers through snow do make it great for the Nevada winter.

2017 Jeep Cherokee review
I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version. Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck. It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go. If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant. I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

She fantastic at her job and a fast worker I was in and out so yea
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Thank you Joe…you made the whole transaction for my car comfortable and friendly. I was happy with the way you explained things clearly and broke down areas that were a little confusing and/or hard to comprehend. It was a pleasure meeting you. God bless you and your family. Again, thank you.😊

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

2020 Jeep Cherokee review
The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

Searching for a new specific color Jeep - talked and seen Dalton Gillette salesman and he went above and beyond - from being extremely friendly and knowledgeable to keeping in touch during the search. Definitely work with him again.
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Wissler Motors review
I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I called the next morning and Tyler Ashley answered and told me the vehicle was at another location but if I wanted to see and test drive it he would go and bring it back to the dealership. Tyler did not pressure my wife or I and was very courteous and informative making the whole experience enjoyable. The van was just what we were looking for and we made the purchase. I would definitely recommend Tyler Ashley and Wissler Motors to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience while auto shopping. Tyler is the most sincere and honest salesperson who wanted to make sure I was happy before my purchase. THUMBS UP for Tyler and Wissler Motors !
2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.
