Thank you Joe…you made the whole transaction for my car comfortable and friendly. I was happy with the way you explained things clearly and broke down areas that were a little confusing and/or hard to comprehend. It was a pleasure meeting you. God bless you and your family. Again, thank you.😊
2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Harrisburg review
Had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle. Sidney was patient, courteous, and incredibly helpful as we moved through this process for a first-time buyer. Couldn't recommend a better salesman.
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

Wissler Motors review
I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I called the next morning and Tyler Ashley answered and told me the vehicle was at another location but if I wanted to see and test drive it he would go and bring it back to the dealership. Tyler did not pressure my wife or I and was very courteous and informative making the whole experience enjoyable. The van was just what we were looking for and we made the purchase. I would definitely recommend Tyler Ashley and Wissler Motors to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience while auto shopping. Tyler is the most sincere and honest salesperson who wanted to make sure I was happy before my purchase. THUMBS UP for Tyler and Wissler Motors !

2021 Jeep Cherokee review
I love my jeep. But my biggest issue is if you live somewhere where it get cold and you don't have somewhere to park it like a garage, be warned it might not let you drive it no matter how long you let it warm up. I have had this for almost 2 years now and both winters I have had trouble with the dashboard lights coming on. Lights like collusion lights, engine, and airbag. The problem is when all these lights come on, it shuts the car off and refused to left you move or change shifts. I will admit the first time it happen, I accidently left my phone charger plug in over night. I have now made sure everything is unplug and off before I leave my jeep. But every time since, when the weather get cold and it still had this issue. I have reported this to the dealer ship I got my jeep from but they say it just the battery volt being low from the cold. But I need my vehicle to work due to my job being one where I work all years including holidays.

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Werner Bros Auto SalesReviews
Werner Bros Auto Sales review
They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very professional. They offered a fair value for my trade. It was quick and easy to close my transaction and take delivery of my new to me used car. The four stars is due to heavy “dealer fees” and there lack of attempt to remove a heavy cigarette smell from the car and instead place air fresheners throughout the car in an attempt to mask the smell. That being said, there was zero dishonesty. They agreed the car was a “smokers” car. Now with a deep cleaning the smell is almost gone. And it is hot and humid here in Annapolis MD. I would definitely buy from them again should they have a car I am looking for. It was a nice experience and I am enjoying my new to me car. 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK.
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
Purchased about 2 months ago. I have taken it on highway trips and driven around town. Very comfortable ride and it looks great. V6 engine is very responsive. I am averaging about 31 mpg so far and am pleasantly surprised by this. Only wish it had a bit more cargo space making it easier to get our 2 bikes inside without having to take the front wheels off. Also, chip shortage cause rear park sensors to be left off of this build. Overall very pleased

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

2018 Jeep Cherokee review
I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Searching for a new specific color Jeep - talked and seen Dalton Gillette salesman and he went above and beyond - from being extremely friendly and knowledgeable to keeping in touch during the search. Definitely work with him again.
2022 Jeep Cherokee review
Ordered new , love it so far , I went with the 2.0 turbo , far more responsive than expected , this coming from a life long V-8 driver . Went with the Lattude Lux model , came with many standard feature & we added everything else on the option list , the sun & sound package with the panoramic sunroof and this premium Alpine sound system is awesome . Just wish they would offer more interior colors , had money added in the deal so we could install a differnet color Katzkin leather interior

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
We purchased the same night a wrangler sport JLU 3.6 manual trans and this Cherokee Limited with the same engine and the 9-speed automatic. And oh boy, these cars were completely different despite having the same 3.6 Pentastar engine. Launching the Wrangler was never an issue. Launching the Cherokee and even more reaccelerating was truly painful and required a lot of preparation. Sometimes, the transmission would take few seconds before downshifting making the throttle response slow at best. Other than that, the car proved to be reliable and was extremely silent and very well equipped. I would recommend that car as a commuter for someone who is not seeking any driving fun. For families who enjoy long trips, there are better and more responsive options out there.

2021 Jeep Cherokee review
Came out of a Ford Fusion due to lease ending. Getting older, past 70 yearsof age, and my wife thought I would benefit from an suv with a higher seating position for entry and egress. My wife had a Grand Cherokee for 16 years and loved it. I drove it many times and enjoyed the versatility of an suv. Love my ‘21 Cherokee. The right size, great styling and image too. Power beaucoup with the V-6 engine and averaged 30 + mpg on road trip to Arizona and back. Interior is nicely appointed, the leather seating is good quality and comfortable. The Jeep handles well at all speeds and I feel safe and confident behind the wheel.

Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FiatReviews
Faulkner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat review
We live in New York State And drove 4 1/2 hours to Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania to buy our jeep from Faulkner. Discussing over the phone to start the deal with our salesman Craig, who has been selling jeeps for 35 years, was a great experience alone. As soon as we walked in the huge dealership in the morning, every single person, From the many sales people to all the other workers that we saw treated us like we were their best friends, Smiles and handshakes from everyone. There was no fakeness involved at all. Craig and the finance manager, all took their time and didn’t rush our sale! They explained every detail from top to bottom. We drove out of there to make our drive back home and rave about how excellent our salesman Craig and the dealership was. And I have received a handful of follow up phone calls from Craig and emails from this general manager. We will 100% go back there to buy another car if we need to. Well done, Faulkner!!

The vehicle is perfect for me....This is my second time buying a car through Music City Autoplex and each time I have driven away completely satisfied. David Beasley has made the purchasing process seamless and smooth. There was no gimmick or trickery like most dealerships...just pure honesty and me driving away knowing that I got a great deal. I bought this red Equinox a year ago with David's assistance and this Jeep, Chocolate, two days ago, again with David's assistance. Many places prey on woman purchasers and try to force us into deals that will hurt us in the long run. Not Music City Autoplex. If you are looking for a great deal and good people to help you purchase your dream car....stop by and ask for David...let him know that me and Chocolate are getting along just fine. Happy Shopping!!!

I shopped several dealers for a specific Ram 1500 Certified. Faulkner had by far the best selection, and the most helpful through the buying process. They reached immediately after I inquired, and then a sales person guided me through with detailed info about the truck and how the purchase would go. Andy the sales manager was great as well. I'll only buy from them in the future!

Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of York is a fantastic dealership to do business with! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring you to buy. It's a relaxed environment. If you are in need of a vehicle or just want to browse, please don't hesitate to stop here! The quality of the vehicles are top notch! We are extremely pleased with the whole shopping, buying, and financing experience! Everyone starting with the general manager Gino Gregory, our salesman Devin Cowey, and the finance mamager Josh Kerstetter, made the whole process effortless! Transparency is important to me, and everything and all concerns that you may have are fully addressed. It is so unusual to have this type of no hassle vehicle buying experience! I encourage anyone to stop by and experience this for yourself! I know that I won't hesitate to come back!
