I posted previously about my experience with Frisco CDJR. Since then, Paul Failor and Vinny Attaguille addressed all of my concerns and earned my business. Mistakes happen and we were able to work through the issues. I would like to amend my previous comments and share that the leadership of Frisco Dodge Jeep does take an active interest in their relationships and given the time & opportunity to discuss them, they will do right.
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. No two people are alike but it???s a very comforting fact that I know who I???m going to ask for when I come back to Huffines Dodge
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
These guys did everything possible to get me into the the car that I wanted from the start! It wasn???t easy as a first time buyer but they did the necessary leg work to get me in the car I wanted and make me a happy Jeep owner! Couldn???t be happier with outcome! Thank you!
Alex Padilla always does a great job servicing my vehicle. He is attentive to the work that needs to be done and always takes the time to explain how much any service work I need will cost. That is why I have been coming back to the dealership since 2011. I always have a good experience.
Valentine was awesome. Great customer service, at tentative to my needs in a vehicle and jumped through hoops to make it happen. Alex in finance was personable and professional. Very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase.
I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. First of all, this dealership DOES NOT negotiate. At least that's what was relayed. They don't negotiate, and they over-price their cars, compared to other ones of the same year, make, model, and mileage. You can find cheaper ones, way cheaper ones, at other dealerships. So if you're okay with paying a price for a car that you can buy for much less at another dealership, be my guest. But I would definitely consider all options before stopping here.
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
Very knowledgeable, polite, and listened to what we wanted everything he promised he delivered. everyone was helpful. no pressure sales fair deal on our trade. For the first time, I don't lose my cool in a dealership.
Ray Cleo Christian was an attentive Service Consultant. He was helpful and got back to me in a timely manner. I would come back to this Dodge for service on my truck.
