My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. We recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade for our daughter. Gage Wojo was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and polite. Gage gave us some very interesting information about the vehicle that we weren't aware of and helped us make a decision. Never once did we feel pressured. Gage even gave us a tour of the service department. The Sales Manager, Ken Kukwa, was great. He helped us reach a deal and even tolerated our "haggling", while finding a way to meet in the middle. Bob Kukwa handled the financial part of our purchase and he could not have been nicer! The service manager, Bill, introduced himself and made us feel right at home- yet another super nice guy! Honestly, this dealership seems like it is made up of the warmest group of people? We intend to stick with this dealership! There are issues with the car not starting at times. Seems to be a big issue with the newer compass models. Dealerships can't seem to resolve the computer glitch that keeps happening. One month old and been in the shop 3 times for this no start issue.

I was searching for a dealer to have service done. I never had a Dodge before so needed a dealer. I had 2 different names from friends. I called the one closer to my work, in Painesville, OH on Mentor Ave, 1st thinking it would be more convenient if I needed work done. The girl that answered the phone was so rude and unwilling to help or answer any questions I had that I called my 2nd choice--which will now be my 1st choice!!! I spoke with Angie on the phone and she scheduled me right away answering all my questions patiently and without making me feel stupid. She got me in the same day and as soon as I arrived, I experienced the same friendliness I received the phone with everyone so far.
I was very nervous since I've used the same dealer for a different manufacture car and loved it but I think I'll be happy with my choice!! I will recommend Deacon's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone and everyone who asks!!!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Like the look, style & size. Not happy with the so called Anti Theft set up. I bought the car in March 2019. 2019 Compass. Within three days I was stranded. It would not start. Long story short, several calls to the dealer, roadside assistance and was informed of a built in anti theft program that cannot be disconnected. The fix. Walk away for an hr, come back, hold brake for count of three and it will clear & start. To date this has happened four times. This anti theft set up was never mentioned when purchased. Dealer was as confused as i was initially and said they were unaware of this programming. This is a disaster in the making. What would happen if you were in an emergency situation and this anti theft program locks your car down!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and what I could afford, and came out with more than I had hoped for. The car that I bought was actually a step up from what I thought I would be able to get.
The salesperson, Jon Gemalas, seemed to understand how nervous I was about making such a large purchase, and walked me through the process a step at a time. I actually did very little while he ran around taking care of everything.
In the end, I drove off the lot in my new car with a good feeling about the whole experience.

I worked with Adib when I bought my Grand Cherokee. From start to finish it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It helps that the vehicle is amazing but the process was so easy that I can't imagine buying anywhere else. Granted I think the car buying experience is what you make it, but I went to several dealerships to test drive other vehicles and I dreaded every second. Adib was so relaxed that it made me relaxed. My Daughter drives it daily. Great vehicle, but we live in Vermont long winters. I am not happy that Jeep put an all season tire in the North East. Which in turn cost us another $800.00 dollars for Snow tires. My Bought a 2018 Renegade, loves it to. Slid on all seasons in 4 wheel drive = FENDER BENDER. Come on Jeep on off road tires in the future. We shouldn't have keep buying tires for the seasonal changes. Thanks P.S. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 hundred, and I love it. switched from a chevy for ten years. Great job on the Pick-up.

I was 700 miles away from my home when the service engine light went on. Luckily I was near a dealer. Bottom line - there was water in a cylinder, which was a factory defect. I was without my vehicle for 6 weeks because a new engine needed to be ordered. I bought the car brand new and only had it for 3 months, by the way. The warranty covered everything. When I got it back, the stop start feature wasn't working. I have been waiting for SEVEN months for the battery for that to be available!!!

The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This vehicle has everything I wanted, not the color I wanted because it sold, but can't complain! Dylan Hocking reached out to me and told me the that one had sold, and got me into one that was the exact same, but just a different color! So far, I am loving it.
