They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I received an offer of almost $6000 which I used for my down payment on my new 2025 Genesis G70 2.5 RWD 18,000 miles on and in excellent condition. My sales rep Mr. Robert Morrel who on that might work his A*" off because they were short on staffing that night but regardless he got me & my wife a very good deal on my new 2025 G70 RWD 2.5 customer service was a 10 (5) stars my financial rep got me an excellent interest rate on my vehicle.
