Lost and found

Well, I had come in and gotten a car there before, Tim Acoff, greeted me and talked with myself and little family as if we were neighbors. Right away we felt welcomed, and was never rushed. I came in without a car left with a 2010 Altima. Needless to say my wife was involved in an accident with no injuries to her or other parties. So I decided to come in and talk with Tim, about what was going on. He was with another customer, so I waited for him which didn't take long and he came straight to me, and he then pointed over to the team behind the seen, the finance team! Anyway they all assisted me with alot of things, and before I knew it we were looking at a 2018 Altima, and took it for a ride and was in love with all the new features and improved old ones. Tim Acoff, and the entire staff made us feel we were in good hands and cared for, after already feeling alone before we came in. Once we had left we felt that wasn't true, because everything was explained to us from financial to operating the vehicle. Came in feeling all hope was gone, drove away in the 2018 Altima, feeling restored, and valued!!!! Thanks alot Tim Accoff, and the Nissan, team you guys are great!!! I can definitely tell you guys genuinely care for your coustomer!!!
