This vehicle very comfy, small an cute for a jeep. Been that I just got it, still trying to flex its muscles, but overall its a beautiful running car.
They went out of the way to make the deal for me. Very friendly and knowledge about the truck and what it could do. Salesman earned my respect.
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
My wife and I started out looking for preowned but our sales rep, Victor Trevino , showed us many different vechicles , options, pricing, listened to what our real want and needs were which led us to a 2018 Dodge Durango , only 67 miles on the odometer, BEAUTIFUL RIDE! 3 row seating, Magnificent color, a rich looking red, bells and whistles, style. My wife loved it and decided yea get me this ride. A little more than what we started our to spend but we really love the Durango. Thank you sooooo much Victor. I will take you to lunch or bring lunch to you. Well worth the effort and money. Those rebates are great and for real.

I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.
I brought my van in for the anual state inspection, the van was taken back within a few minutes and within a reasonable amount of time I had my certificate and my van back. The service department is good and very responsible. The car is clean with no greasy fingerprints on the car or steering wheel.

My jeep is wonderful. It is not a small tiny car but it is not a large SUV either. It is just the right size. Small enough to be easily driven everywhere and big enough to cart all kinds of stuff everywhere. The only thing I dont like is that it is black. When I bought it I did not realize every flaw shows up on a black car. My fault and not the fault of my jeep.
Monica Lawson takes great care of my needs in a timely manner. She very polite and caring person. She is also very knowledgeable about my vehicle and recalls on my truck.

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
