I was promptly greated in the lot by Scott and told him what were looking for. He immediately had us test drive two different vehicles. Scott was very Friendly and listened to our needs. He also worked with us and our bank to arrange the financing.

This vehicle very comfy, small an cute for a jeep. Been that I just got it, still trying to flex its muscles, but overall its a beautiful running car.
Honest to God it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life! I have never purchased a car online before, but let me tell you Prescott Brothers Autos couldn’t have made it any easier! From Chelsea, who I first initiated the online process with, Keith The in-store sales person, and Jeff the store sales manager, you won’t find a better team anywhere to work with! This car met all my needs for recreation, travel multiple long distance trips, easy maintenance, plenty of room and comfortable ride. Best car I have ever know for the cost.
Stopped in to inquire about a couple vehicles on the lot. Took a test drive with Scott and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed. I’ve never had such a great vehicle buying experience!
2018 Jeep Compass Limited Left me stranded twice

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
