I’ve done all my service for my jeep here and bought out my lease - Steve and Nick and Douglas are the best! I always enjoy coming to this dealership, everyone is so helpful and friendly and wonderful!

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.

I own a 2013 dodge avenger took it in for service and found out I had to buy a new battery and other parts. I always use this dealership they do good work and I would recommend them to family and friends.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

I had an awesome experience at this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. There was no need to haggle over pricing, they were upfront and fair in not only the cost of the vehicle I purchased but the trade in I had was priced more then fair. The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

Got into a new ram 1500 and couldn’t be happier with the truck! The sales team made sure I was understanding what was going on in each step of the process and made sure I understood and helped me get the best options for my needs thank you to Ashley and the management team!

My husband went into the dealership this afternoon and worked with a member of the sales team named Victor. He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of. Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

My experience with Mark and Virgil made the trip to Milwaukee worth it. Virgil was kind, made the deal work, and then explained everything about my new Jeep. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely buy from Griffin Hub again and have Virgil as my salesman.

Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.

There is no better dealership honestly. Dan ordered what I wanted, Ray made sure to stay on it and it came in 18 days! Ozzie is so quick smart and helpful in finance and there is no better delivery specialist than Ashley. It is so rare to find a place that has such incredible staff in every area of their business but Ray CDJR just does. HIGHLY recommend you go there.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!
