Bought new car, would buy again

My wife and I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica at Allen Mello a few days ago. Overall it was a positive experience.
I first emailed them figure out what the price would be. Jonathan called me shortly after and we had a series of emails and phone calls to negotiate the price. Jonathan finally got me to a price point that worked for me so we made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Jonathan was a great help.
We visited the dealership a couple days later. Ava was the salesperson who helped us out and she was fantastic. Very calm, understanding, and pleasant. Bob was another salesperson who wasn't even assigned to us but helped us out as well (e.g. getting on the phone with our insurance company to help us understand how to get the RMV-1 form). There was one awkward moment when one of the finance guys, Nate, was trying to tell me the price of the vehicle was more than what was I told on the phone and that got me a bit upset. Luckily I had the price saved in an email too so I showed it to him and he ended up honoring it. Harry was the person who had us sign all the forms and he was extremely pleasant too.
Things that were great about our experience:
-Responsive internet sales team and the ability to negotiate price w/out visiting the dealership
-Great price on the vehicle
-Staff was very helpful including Jonathan, Ava, Bob, and Harry
-The staff was very understanding of our 2 kids who were very loud for the few hours that we were there
Thinks that could be improved:
-They knew we had an appointment to purchase the car but the vehicle wasn't detailed yet when we got there and it had to be detailed while we waited there. Would have been nice for them to take care of that in advance.
-We were at the dealer for over 4 hours. I wish the process could be sped up bit.
-I'm from MA and the dealership is in NH. I wish they had the ability to register the car and inspect it like other out of state dealers can do.
Overall summary--I would do business with them again.
