Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
They were able to get my car serviced within a day for my engine! I didn???t even get my car there! The dealership where I bought my car was going to be over 2 weeks! This engine failure needed fix right away or the damage should have been extensive!
My wife and i beeded a new car. We had nothing to put down but an old explorer. Lloyd, our salesman was extremely helpful and worked very hard to get the payment we wanted fir the vehicle we wanted. He was very polite and extremely patient with us, even though i was a bit rude at times. I will come back to haasz again.
I just leased another Chrysler vehicle from Haasz. Jeff Bender is our Sale Rep and he always take such good care of us. He knew we were looking, so last week Jeff called me to come test drive a Pacifica. I loved the color and everything about it. Today I went in to do the paperwork. I went by myself without my husband this time and was very nervous. Jeff made it so easy for me. Mary was helpful and nice in the finance department. After everything was done Jeff sat with me and explained everything on driving the vehicle. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain it to me. Everyone at Haasz is so nice and friendly. I am so happy with my new Pacifica!!
