I hadn’t bought a car in years and was very skeptical on going to a dealership and dealing with a sales person. However, once I got to Vk Autos, I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of being harassed by a sales person. I did not buy the car that I went there for, but I found my dream car there Everyone there is really nice laid-back and if you’re there to buy a car, you’ll buy one but no pressure whatsoever My mechanic who came with me to inspect the car will now buy from them cause they’re that good thank you Aaron

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
My experience purchasing my Dark Horse was absolutely a 5-star experience, and a huge part of that was my salesman, Vincent Visceglia. From the moment Vincent reached out to me about the car through the day of delivery, he went above and beyond to make the entire process as simple, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to do whatever he could to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance manager also made the loan process incredibly easy and effortless. There was no unnecessary hassle or pressure, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional. From sales to finance to delivery, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. The dealership made purchasing my Dark Horse an enjoyable experience from beginning to end, and Vincent in particular deserves a lot of credit for making it such a great experience.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Purchased brand new after totalling out my Santa Fe XL. This has by far been one of the best vehicles I've owned. For as large as it is, its incredibly fuel efficient yet has plenty of power to tow my parents fish/ski boat. My only complaints are the factory Michelin's were trash in Minnesota and the interior "Cargo" area is significantly smaller than my previous Santa Fe's, but thats more of a personal opinion versus any design flaw. Ironically quite a few of my coworkers have JGC's as well and almost all of them have over 200k on them, I'm still at 65k. Not sure why they have a bad reputation in the auto world, but I'm certainly glad pleased with my choice, even 6 years later!

Would take to long to list all the amazing things about this dealer but here are a few... His prices are the best, reason your reading this is because you saw a car that was the lowest you have seen while shopping around. Keep in mind its low so dont expect to talk him down 2000 dollars. Once you finally meet the sales agent he is super nice and right to the point. He had me out of there in an hour. I had some trouble with the car after i purchased and it had a check engine light with major bottom end engine failure. He took the truck back fixed everything detailed the whole car inside and out and even the engine bay. I was the annoying customer calling everyday to ask if it was ready, he was never rude, angry or upset. He handled it like a true professional. The mechanics he has working for him are top notch. Everything worked flawlessly and i checked every inch of the truck before and after dropping it off. I would highly recommend this dealer! I got a chance to talk to both the owner/sales rep and the mechanic and they are both super knowledgeable and know what they are doing

Auto Empire, LLC review
Great prices on great cars. I've bought and sold about 20 cars in my lifetime, and this was about the best experience I've had with a dealer. No stress, no haggling, a completely professional experience.
2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Great experience with Adam S. The truck was super sharp. It was top notch detailed and ready to drive home. Seriously nothing needed corrected. The harder I looked I couldn't find anything that needed corrected. Looked at on a Friday and purchased Saturday.
