My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! I was hesitant in purchasing a new car, worried I would not receive any value for a trade in on my current car (rejected inspection and quite frankly a mess) which i still owed $$ on. I recently was shopping for a late model low miles used car and in the past have always bought from new car dealers . I got the run around from a local new car dealer that i have purchased from in the past but is now under new ownership since my last purchase .I also looked a few other new car dealers and all i found was overpriced cars in poor condition . I saw a car online at South Easton Motor Sales that was just what i was looking for and decided to give a small family run dealership a try and im glad i did . Avon Auto had exactly the vehicle I had been searching weeks for at a price that was more than fair, especially compared to other listings. On top of this, Mike who worked with me upon arrival was more than helpful and made the buying process as smooth as it could be. Overall: 10 /10, would buy again.
I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!
Spent a Sunday getting my new truck. Very happy with the truck. Everyone was very helpful and it was very low pressure. as it was a sunday it was busy and some of the financial providers were not available, but we made it work
I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
