I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
Staff was very helpful, made all my requests happen.

Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
I had a few different issues coming into the service department. My advisors assured me that he could get everything I needed fixed in a timely manner. I had mentioned a few things and he immediately knew of the updates my vehicle needed to function properly
Very disappointed, with 11000 miles the driver seat finish is coming off. Very lows miles for a 2016. Would not cover under any kind of warranty. Very unhappy. Product should last longer than this. We have had several Chev.
Aaron and Justin D. were professional and honest from the time I walked through the door. Even the people in finanacing were personable and took time to make sure everything was filled out correctly and explain everything I could expect once I left the dealership. I'm loving my new Kia Forte and am so I glad I went to Steve Landers Kia!
When I first purchased my car, the process was smooth and fast. Cindy in the finance office is just awesome. When they contacted my previous lienholder to get a payoff, they got the wrong amount(on both cars I purchased.) which resulted to a balance owed to the previous lienholder. I went back and forth with Fletcher(them always telling me it would be taken care of) for THREE months! This resulted in three late payments on my credit report! FINALLY after driving the hour back down there because I was tired of my calls not being returned, LaToya in the title office fixed all my issues in one time.. Mind you, three months later. The salesman, Rob, was really good and so was Cindy in the finance office. I think
Had bought a 2017 Chevy Camaro Convertible back in May, 2018 and had a terrible experience. Needed service on the convertible top and Scott Williams went over and above to make sure it got fixed. He changed my outlook on this dealership for the better. Can't say enough thanks!
I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Elantra from Frank Fletcher Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM at the Sherwood location, and I absolutely love my vehicle. My experience with them from start to finish was outstanding. Every effort by the sales staff to find me a vehicle that fit my needs and that was in the price I could afford was made, and in a timely and very efficient way. The salesman spent considerable time answering my questions, and making certain I understood every aspect of the vehicle before I ever made the decision to purchase. The process was easy and their office staff were extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to make my experience pleasant. I appreciate that. Buying a car is a big deal, and they made it a very good one. I highly recommend the Sherwood location, and any of the Fletcher locations to any person interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. Class A folks, Class A business - 100%.
I was excited to get my new Jeep in 2011 I bought a brand new Rubicon 4 door black fully loaded the first day I brought it home and went out to drive it and it rain that night and I know I had a boat I called the dealer who was not interested and ended up having to have it dried and clean myself. I took it to the dealer they kept it for 2 weeks to fix the trim I went down and get it in 2 weeks it had not been touched and they said they had a new shop manager for in less than nine months who you said that they kept correcting the others problems so I took the seals took them home and install them myself. I contacted the dealer and was told to come down and talk to mr. Parker and when our Rod I'm still had to speak to his son which was not good at all he did not know anything he could not help and he just kept saying I'll have to talk to him. I think it's pretty bad that the dealer could not get in touch with me and work out something at this point . I am disappointed that mr Parker took any time or effort to correct any of my problems I really thought that they would stand behind their product!!!!!! Now with only 28,000 miles the transmission has gone out what's next.
