I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I recently had bought a jeep from this dealership. I have never appreciated someone so much in my life. I am graduating college this year and wanted to treat myself to a new car. I have great credit for a college student but with this being my first "big" purchase, it was hard for me to get approved. I found a jeep there that I liked and I would settle for because it was cheaper and I would have a better chance to get approved for. It ended up selling the night before I got there. With the help of an amazing car salesman, I was able to purchase my dream Jeep! So thank you!
We were pleasantly surprised to find this professional and honest dealership in our search for the perfect Certified Chrysler 300. The dealership had two CPO 300s and even though we drove a long way they did not disappoint. Excellent inventory, professional guys who had a passion for cars and fair and honest dealing, what more could you ask for? We drove from Chicago and the trip was worth every mile to deal with them. In an industry where integrity and decency are sometimes lost this Dealership and specifically Ron M and Rob R stand above the rest. I would also add even if you are coming from a great distance like we were, they bent over backwards to get the deal done in a way that was fair and respected our time invested to come see them. Even with the trip I will return to come and see them because what they exhibit is far too uncommon as business professionals.
I had been searching for the car that I wanted within my budget for a while and other dealerships just couldn't meet my needs and often tried to push me in a direction I didn't want to go.
Then I found the listing for (now my current car) a Jeep Renegade in my budget on Cars.com with lots of information/pictures and descriptions. However, it didn't have luggage rack rails...So I used the Cars.com feature to ask a question on wether they could be added. Within a day of asking my question I got an email and a text from the seller (Brian) at Extreme. Awesome customer service and very personable. He cleared up my question and scheduled an appointment to see the car.
I got to the dealership early and they already had the car pulled up, handed my mother and I the keys and said "take it for a spin - go get lunch if you want to". It was wonderful being able to test drive a vehicle without the pressure of the salesman there.
Beyond that, the salesman, Brian, was absolutely awesome! He made sure all of our questions were answered and even the owner of the dealership came in to help us when we had questions about the Carfax - took the time to dig up photos of the car when it was purchased at auction.
Next thing I know I was driving my perfect car away with a full tank of gas within the budget I had set. It was also wonderful the ease it was to finance my car through a credit union and not a dealership - Extreme worked seamlessly with it and never pushed me away from the decision to use a credit union Great car buying experience.
