I just purchased a 2018 Mazda MX-5 from Gwatney Mazda. Chris, my sales associate was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all into buying. Tony, the GM, was also very friendly. After coming to a deal, a great one at that (thanks Tony!), My car had to be brought in from another state. Chris went and picked it up for me as well!
Once it came time to sign the paperwork, Brandy was my Finance department associate, and she was great! Very transparent in the process, going over everything and not once pushing any extra warranties or paint protection or anything silly like that.
Overall, I would recommend Gwatney Mazda if you're looking for a fair, no pressure and friendly environment to buy a car from.

Search the website and found 2 vehicles I was interested in. Called the Dealership and got KiWi or Chris Bowen. Made an appointment for next day at 10. The online credit app and the payment calculator came in really handy in figuring out what type of down payment , how long I wanted to finance and what rate I thought I should get based on credit score It was pretty close to what was on the contract when I bought the 08 Toyota Rav4. Very easy to work with. No haggle pricing was great. I am also a former car salesman and figured there would be the usual back and forth. I was never more wrong These guys were great all around. Recommend to all looking for a great vehicle at a great price
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.
Best place in the Mid-south to have your FORD serviced. Friendly, reliable. I like that they will see you without needing an appointment. They also seem to have better pricing.
