We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. They make you feel very welcome and they don't bs you into a vehicle you didn't come for. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle in a few years!
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
I WALKED IN WITH MY HELMET AND FLAK JACKET ON, EXPECTING THE USUAL DECEIT AND TRICKERY THAT UNFORTUNATELY ACCOMPANYS CAR BUYING.. WELL, AFTER A FEW HOURS WITH BRENDA LAWLESS, I REALIZED THIS DAY WOULD BE DIFFERENT. HER PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY, AND DOWN TO EARTH INTERACTION WAS A PLEASURE. NO GAMES, NO MAGIC ACTS. STRAIGHT UP NUMBERS, AND AN HONEST EFFORT ON HER PART TO ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING FORDS VETERANS DISCOUNT. SHE WORKED PRETTY MUCH AROUND THE CLOCK ON HER OWN TIME TO HELP SOMEONE SHE NEVER MET BEFORE. THE RESULT ? A BRAND NEW FORD F-150, AND A BRAND NEW FRIEND ! PAINLESS AND A LOT OF PRETTY GOOD LAUGHS..........SEMPER FIDELIS, JERRY FARRELL P.S. MIKE WOODS CAME IN THE NINTH INNING TO SEAL THE DEAL WITH HIS USUAL COURTESY !!

First time ever being at a dealership in IL and it was a great experience. My salesman was Eric and immediately I felt comfortable because himself and the staff were very welcoming. Best part of this experience was the friendliness and also the confidence Eric showed to help me in getting a New Used car. Coming from WI, I highly recommend this dealership even if it’s a drIve because it’ll worth it.
I first found Dempsey online. I requested information & got a response very quickly. I was looking 4 a new specific vehicle with pics. The information & pics where also sent 2 me quickly. I went 2 the dealership 2 talk about the vehicle I chose, & drove it home the same evening. The people r very nice. I did go through anxiety. Let's face it, a house & car r the most expensive purchases 2 get. They did calm down my anxiety & I'm now enjoying my new vehicle.

Dealership did not have the car we wanted on their lot, however they were able to locate a car exactly like we wanted on our first visit. we took delivery two days later. great experience, very helpful start to finish.
