Inquired into an auto they had for sale. I was contacted quickly; however, the vehicle I inquired about was no longer available. other vehicles available were not what I wanted or interested in. Purchased another vehicle at a local dealership.
Everything went fine, with the exception that i specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked so that the warning light would go off. I drove off with the same pressure i came in with, it was not checked.
My husband and I came in looking for a used car, with a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan for a trade. Hector was able to work with the finance department and get us into a 2019 Kia Soul. The process was easy and Hector explained everything in detail. We ended up with a higher payment than we expected, but the perks of buying brand new made the extra cost so worth it!
I was looking to replace a 15 year old vehicle and came back to Crown, as we had a good experience a couple of months earlier replacing an older van. I found a great used car with low mileage at a price that I was able to fit into my budget. I enjoyed working with Sam again as she wanted to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Enjoying the new ride very much.
I had slowly been looking for a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. The first dealership didn't answer my emails or respond to a voicemail. On a Saturday, we went in & met Ben Lindemulder. Test drove what I thought I wanted but what they had in stock is not what I wanted. He started looking right away. After getting home, my husband had a few changes to our list, Ben took it in stride. I went the next Saturday and Ben & I worked through options for getting a car in. He had it on Monday and I picked it up. The only wrinkle in that process was the other dealership put them off until late afternoon, and it was a drive for them to go get the jeep. Because it was late, even though it was not their fault, they came up with a plan to take care of me for the late delivery. The staff stayed late to get it ready, and do the paperwork. No grumbling about doing that. After getting it home, I found a little issue, and they were not obligated to take care of the, but they had me bring it back in. I've never had a dealership that works so hard to keep you happy.
My family was looking for a second car. Looking on line we found a few cars we liked at Zeigler Ford. We meet Kirk Weiss and he became our salesperson. We gave him our list of cars and off he went to get the first one to drive. By the time we got back from a drive in one car, he had another one ready for go. We finally settle on a Lincoln MKC. When we sat down to do the dreaded deal making, It went and was a breeze. I gave him a price that I thought was fair and Kirk went to bat for us. With in 15-20 minutes we had the deal. Kirk was very helpful personable and knowledgeable. Everyone I talked to was more than willing to help. I will be doing business with Ziegler Ford and Kirk Weiss again.
I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.
Did my research and knew the value of my trade as well as fair market value of the suv I was interested in. Expected a fight to reach a fair deal. Robert Corbett was are salesman and things went great. For the first time I walked out not thinking "what happened" but was pleased that the deal was so smooth with no regrets. Would highly recommend Mr. Corbett and Preferred Chevy of Grand Haven. 5 stars
I love my Jeep and loved the friendly service at Grand Haven. Also love the service with maintenance on my Jeep. GREAT PEOPLE. I trust Nick Rynberg and his great team with all my questions and needs. Alot better than Muskegon Dodge dealership!
