2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought the vehicle with 30,000 miles. Turned over 100,000 this week after four years. ZERO unplanned visits to the dealership. Just normal oil, filters, wipers. Since we tow a 3500-pound boat, decided to replace the brakes at 80,000 miles, turns out there was still plenty of material left. Infotainment screen developed minor delamination this spring. Was still working fine but decided to replace it anyway. Easy replacement job for $350 with YouTube help. Lowest maintenance vehicle we have ever owned.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited Reserve 4x4 from Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was, without question, the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We’re seasoned Jeep buyers and have also purchased vehicles from other brands over the years. Having been through the process many times.. we’ve seen both the best and the worst (pushy sales & long office waiting games) of dealership experiences. Simply put, every previous experience pales in comparison to what we experienced at Marino. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to have us there. They even treated our two dogs like valued guests, which immediately set the tone. Our salesperson, Asher, was outstanding. He knew the product inside and out, answered every question with confidence, and somehow managed to be both incredibly professional and completely down-to-earth. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no rehearsed sales pitches, just honest conversations and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. His manager, Alec, was equally impressive. He respected our time, communicated clearly, and was always quick to return with answers or options. At no point were we left sitting around wondering what was happening next. The entire process moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. In fact, when we arrived, the vehicle was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. From that moment to driving off the lot in our new Jeep, the entire process took just two hours. That’s virtually unheard of and speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers’ time. God bless them both. What impressed me most was that every interaction felt reasonable. They listened. They were transparent. They worked with us to put together a deal that made sense for everyone. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, Marino delivered an experience built on trust. The biggest surprise came as we were leaving when we happened to meet the owner. After spending a few minutes talking with him, everything clicked. The culture, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the customer-first mindset all made sense because it clearly starts at the top. He was gracious, appreciative, and genuinely thankful for our business. We arrived hoping to buy a vehicle. We left with a beautiful new Jeep, a great deal, and a level of confidence in the dealership that is increasingly rare today. 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S review
Just bought a 2024 on a 2 year lease. Driving from Oregon to So CA. Very impressed with the car compared to the barebones long range Model Y I have had for 2 1/2 years. The launch edition has everything you could want - even massage seats for the driver and passenger. Have put 1k on the car and it drives very nice - perhaps not as buttery smooth as the Y but still very good. Range is 270 miles on highway in Eco mode - don’t know if the cool weather has something to do with the range. No real issues - don’t like the dial on the console for gears - prefer a stalk. Jeep software on iPhone is meh and not ready for prime time. Overall I really like it so far - plan is to ditch the Y once I ship the car to Hawaii.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

2018 Jeep Renegade review
This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer review
I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.
2022 Jeep Gladiator review
My jeep gladiator is perfect for all my needs. Better gas mileage than my previous truck and also has a great 4wd system. I will probably keep this one a long time. Have taken several road trips and some light off road driving, it has been great for both.

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.
