Had rear sensor problem #Warranty ran out there was a gray area about my bumper Talk to sales manger and he wanted me to be Satisfied he said they would fix everything true to there word they fixed it the fix was not cheap all the sensor bezels Had to be painted very pleased with way was handled
Needed an oil change on short notice, they said no problem, bring it on by. I dropped the truck off a half hour before they opened, and there were service people there already. They took my keys and info inside and off I went. Called me an hour later to tell me it was finished. All for $35.
Took my Challenger Scatpack in for its third oil change on 9/19/18 and as usual Daniel my service advisor and Christian my technician treated me with respect and courtesy. The car was returned to me just as clean as it was when I arrived including under the hood. Customer for life!
My buying process was exceptionally quick as I walked in the door knowing exactly which car I wanted but my salesman was very helpful and friendly. My only disappointment was that I asked if he though it smelled like smoke because it had a definite odor to it. He told me he didn’t think so but the minute two other people sat in it they said it did and a minute later I saw a cigarette burn in the passenger seat.

The service department is staffed with friendly and helpful personnel. Questions are answered in a timely fashion. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. I can be sure that they’ll take my car for repair the next day. In a pinch, they’ll take it the same day.
What a great experience it was purchasing my Jeep from Tri County! It was such an easy process and my dealer Derrick Geisler took the time to help me with my needs! Derrick and his manager Mike McVeigh took the time and effort to help me get where I wanted to be in a payment! Salesman Jason and GM Mike McViegh made the process of buying my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee quick and easy. Both are easy to deal with. My wife and I purchased a '15 Jeep Renegade from Tri County, and I must say it was the best buying experience I have ever had. The dealership came highly recommended by a co-worker and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. There were very clear differences between this dealership and others we had visited. Every other dealership would not let us get off the lot without pressuring us for a phone number or other contact info. We walked in the first night and spoke with manager, Mike McVeigh. He was a straight shooter right from the start. He worked numbers up for us and they were better than other dealerships right from the start, none of the typical sales strategies. When we left that night, he told us there was no pressure to rush our purchase and gave us his number. Needless to say we were impressed and went back the next day. We met with Jason Kraiza who helped us get into the vehicle wanted. I can't say enough how great Mike and Jason were throughout the process. These guys are legit. I will definitely be contact them for our next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.
Buying a car does not have to be a unhappy experience. Especially if you decide to go to Tri County Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in Pottstown. Not only is everyone extremely friendly, but they don't harass you into buying a car. The overall buying time wasn't hours upon hours like some places can be.
