Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. I live more than four hours away from the dealer. We were able to do the entire deal via email/phone/text. They delivered the van and paperwork to my house. I test drove the van, then finished the paperwork in my dining room. It was a very smooth and low-stress process. Everyone I interfaced with was courteous, professional, and helpful. The van was delivered as promised, and the whole experience was flawless. Also, the price was the best I could find in a 500 mile radius from where I live.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I had a very positive experience with this dealership. I purchased my Jeep brand new from Hayes in Kalamazoo a little over a year ago. I had less that 10k mile on my Jeep when a faulty water pump gave out. I was really upset and we had a trip planned in a few weeks. My vehicle was not drivable. I contacted the dealership where I bought my Jeep and they told me they were not going to be able to get me in the shop for 4-6 weeks and they were unable to provide me a loaner vehicle! Vicksburg got me in right away and even provided me with a free loaner vehicle. I was originally told it could take 4 weeks before I even got the water pump due to the crazy supply chain issues and shortages of parts. Vicksburg shopped around and were able to get me a water pump in about a week because they worked hard knowing I wanted my Jeep for my planned trip. They went out of their way to do what Hayes was not willing to do. I highly recommend Vicksburg if you want good customer service and maintenance after purchase. I will purchase my next vehicle from Vicksburg.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

The Sahara high altitude with the sky one touch roof is awesome. The one touch opens or closed in 15 seconds. This is a game changer as we do not hesitate to open the roof in all different weather conditions. Reason is if bad weather or hot weather gets us we can have the roof closed in little time. The ride is very smooth. Noise is low at highway speeds. Overall, we really all the accessories and sound system. Definitely, recommend.

2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

The sales associates were very friendly and really looked out for my best interest. They wanted to make sure that I was in the right vehicle. Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

I was surprised after buying this just how reliable it's been. I drive 40 miles each way to work and after 6 months no issues to report. Jeep just starts up and goes, it seems failure proof right now, this really surprised me after reading many of the negative reviews. I would buy another without pause after my experience.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!
