Love to have my car serviced with Luis, he always makes time to explain and give me an itemized sheet of what needs to be done and how to prioritize the needs. I dont mind waiting at the shop as they have a nice lounge (paid massage chairs would be great though ahahah) with good coffee and water and clean restroom.

Absolute great car for the money . Much more of a vehicle than I was expecting , looks , handling , price point , it's got it all and I would recommend to any one looking for some fun while driving.

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

Mission Viejo Kia was great. Mike was awesome and got me in the Kia Forte that I wanted. He was super helpful going over everything with me. I was never pressured in getting anything I didn't want. Going through the process of buying a new car can be stressful but I didn't feel that here. I appreciated their help.

I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

They alway look out for the customers, unlike other dealerships, I’ve dealt with (Cerritos)…Chris did a great job making sure my car was up to date & checked if any recalls were needed and made sure things were well taken care of! I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10.
