You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. The service on my car was expensive, and I won't deny that. However, the staff did something that really stood out to me and showed they genuinely care about their customers. I have a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line, and there was a piece of plastic hanging underneath the vehicle. I never specifically asked anyone to fix it, but someone on the team took the time to repair it and never even mentioned it to me. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is rare these days. Small acts like that make a big difference and show pride in their work. I truly appreciate whoever took the initiative to fix it. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for going the extra mile.

On Saturday of all days, my battery was dead. A friend charged my battery enough that I could get to KYAH and I had called coach who is head of the service department who is fantastic and he said bring it right out. Will get it right in there and get it taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. They get it taken care of. I had no problems. He brought the car out. He explained everything to me about not having to use the key to start the car up, but you can always use the key that’s inside the a little chamber and it just worked really good and he just if I ever have a problem and I come up there he always explains things in detail with me and that’s what you have to do with me. Explain it in detail. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough about The service department at Kia Bev Smith Kia. I cannot say enough good words.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

We had a great experience at the dealership, and everything and up to negotiating are trade-ins; they all treated me with respect, and I had my mother with me, and we were all able to work out a great deal which reduced her current payments and reduced the interest she was paying more than double. Everyone was great. Two of the managers who stood out amongst everyone else were Mr. Anthony Puglia and Mr. Will Becker. They treated us so well And made the entire experience worth doing again. Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.
2025 Kia K4 review
Absolute great car for the money . Much more of a vehicle than I was expecting , looks , handling , price point , it's got it all and I would recommend to any one looking for some fun while driving.

2025 Kia K4 review

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking
