Huffines Kia Corinth review
I Wish I Had More Than 5 Stars to Give After recently moving from the Bay Area to Plano, I needed a vehicle quickly and had already decided on a Kia, Unfortunately, my experience with several local Kia dealerships was disappointing due to dealer add-ons, markups, and one dealership backing out of an offer they had previously committed to honor, Just when I was ready to give up on Kia altogether, I decided to contact Huffines Kia Corinth, Within 30 minutes of submitting an inquiry, Gabriel Bowden called me and asked what it would take to earn my business, I was very upfront with him: I lived over an hour away and would not make the drive unless the numbers were finalized beforehand, Gabriel respected that completely. He quickly sent me a detailed quote that was actually better than the offers had received elsewhere, and with a better-equipped vehicle, What impressed me most was the transparency. No games, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, The numbers discussed over the phone were exactly the numbers I signed for at the dealership. When I arrived, everything was ready. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, Gabriel even took the time to walk me through all the vehicle features and made sure I was comfortable before leaving, In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Gabriel and the team at Huffines Kia Corinth earned mine. If you're shopping for a Kia in the DFW area, I highly recommend giving them a call before signing anywhere else, Thank you, Gabriel and the Huffines Kia Corinth team, for making what could have been a frustrating experience an excellent one.

This location has always been exceptional when it comes to customer service. Although faces have changed the service has remained the same. Thank you Chase for your professionalism, patience and honesty. No one enjoys coming to a dealership to spend money. However, when you get amazing service like Chases, it’s a lot easier to visit.

Clay Cooley Kia review
We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Kia service executive Douglas Robertson. Our experience with Douglas was exceptional from beginning to end, and we believe his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived for our Kia service, Douglas welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude. He immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our vehicle and concerns were in good hands. His approachable personality and respectful manner created a positive experience from the very beginning. What impressed us most was the time Douglas took to listen carefully to our concerns. He never made us feel rushed or treated our questions as unimportant. Instead, he patiently listened, explained the service process clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening. His communication gave us confidence and made us feel that our concerns genuinely mattered. Douglas demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout our entire experience. He was knowledgeable, organized, attentive, courteous, and always willing to answer our questions. We especially appreciated his honesty and transparency. Trust is extremely important when it comes to vehicle service, and Douglas made us feel that he genuinely cared about doing what was right for us. He provided information without pressure and helped us understand our service needs. His attention to detail was another quality that stood out. He carefully addressed our concerns and made sure nothing was overlooked. We could see that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing customers with a positive experience. He also kept us informed throughout the process, so we never felt forgotten or uncertain about what was happening. Beyond his professional skills, Douglas's genuine kindness made a lasting impression. His friendly smile, patience, respectful communication, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued. He understands that excellent customer service is not only about completing a service appointment, it is also about how customers are treated. Douglas truly went above and beyond our expectations. He made an extra effort to ensure our experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. His positive attitude and calm, reassuring approach made a significant difference. We hope Kia recognizes what a valuable service executive they have in Douglas Robertson. Mark Kia review
CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!
