One on the salesman named Sam walked up to us and asked did we want a test drive. In which Michaels reply was yes. After Michael showed his license we went on the test drive and came back. Papers were signed and the deal was done. Ive purchased over 30 vehicles. 2 of the vehicles i currently own are an SL 63 Mercedes and an CLS S63 Mercedes. I showed up and was greeted by Robert Jefferson, who was only on his third day at the dealership, but you’d never know it. I asked to see a specific vehicle, and he had it pulled up and ready for me right away. Any information I requested, he found quickly, and he even got the manager’s approval for me to take it for a blast on the freeway. Robert was easy to work with, never pushed any sales tactics, and didn’t try any of the usual “4‑square” nonsense. I came in strictly to negotiate an OTD price (as you all should), and he respected that. We got the numbers almost exactly where I wanted them, and he moved me over to the finance manager to wrap things up without any delays. From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off in my new vehicle, the whole process took maybe 2 hours. Fast, smooth, and exactly how I like it. Robert is a super cool guy, and if I’m ever in the market for another Ford, Citrus Motors will be my first stop.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! My girlfriend was so impressed by how sincerely genuine the excellent service was that she is already planning to come back to CMD to purchase her next vehicle. Facts. Cheers fellas!
