Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. All new people in the service dept.! Purchased my EV9 in August 2025. Got a great deal from them. Went in for service in October for a mirror issue. They had my car for 7 days and on day 2 i find out they used my car for errands They denied it but taking my vehicle out for 2 hr test ride to check if a mirror works…. But anyway i was really reluctant to go back for my 8k service To find out everyone that was in the service department was not who i knew… that being said i had a wiper issue that was taken care of without a blink of an eye Only thing is the service that was supposed to take about 1.5 hrs took 2.5.. but at least my vehicle is up to date. It seemed like they care now. I hope it’s genuine 🙏🏻

I drove over 2 hours from South Jersey to Motion Kia. After explaining my previous dealership experiences with Howie, he surely took care of me! He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle’s specs and features. Not once did he pressure me into buying the car! He allowed me the time to test drive the vehicle and explore some of the features on my own as he provided an explanation on the function. I am a new customer to Kia and what a welcome I received! If you’re considering Motion Kia for your next vehicle you will not regret it. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! I purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos and I love it so much!

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

This was my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous going in, but Mr. Hunter Brito, the sales representative, made the whole experience surprisingly smooth. He took the time to walk me through all the features during the test drive and explained the purchase options in a way that was easy to understand—no rushing, no pressure. I purchased my car at a great price, and the negotiation went easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. I also like that the Kia Bridgewater dealership offers a solid warranty program, which gave me extra peace of mind. Thanks to Hunter, what I thought would be stressful turned out to be a clear and comfortable process.

Sean Dyer - very helpful worked with me understand my requirements. He stayed late after hours to make sure I closed on my lease that same day. Along with the office manager, who spent the time to explain my options and gave me the time to think through them before having to make a decision or commitment. Both made me feel a high level of trust that they had my best interest in mind and with that I went with the dealership and with both the manager and the sales representative because I trusted in the firm and them 100%. I now have a new dealership that I would be dealing with going forward and I’m very appreciative for everything they’ve done. I would recommend the dealership to any person interested in purchasing a new vehicle. This is my first Kia and I know I will be back again in the future.
