2022 Kia Niro review
Have 10.5k miles on hybrid model. Getting over 52 mpg around town. Car has enough pep love the android auto feature. Rides a little rough but handles well low center of gravity. Interior nice for base model like the exterior looks. Third KIA not a problem with any of them. Read the warranty b4 buying KIA even warranties the storage batteries for 10 tears 100k miles to original buyer. Love the Niro bought the cargo shield to hide items in rear. I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Cochran Kia, because it truly made a difference at a time when I felt overwhelmed and out of options. Several years ago, I found myself in a situation where my vehicle could no longer be repaired affordably. I had no choice but to return to the dealership where I had purchased my previous car in West Virginia. As a West Virginia teacher, “robbing Peter to pay Paul” is often a way of life, and unfortunately my credit had taken a hit. The result was frightening—my manageable $300-something payment was projected to jump to nearly $600 just to secure a loan. I was frantic and unsure how I would make it work. Another West Virginia teacher recommended Cochran Used Cars, and that referral changed everything. I decided to make the trip, and I am so grateful that I did. I was treated with respect, understanding, and honesty—and most importantly, I walked away with a brand-new vehicle and a payment that was truly affordable. At a time when I expected to be limited to something unreliable or far beyond my means, Cochran made what felt impossible become possible. That brand-new car exceeded every expectation. It has required no repairs, still looks great inside and out, and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I trusted it enough to send my daughter to Florida in my Kia Sportage, and as a result, I am now permanently driving her college runabout, a Nissan Versa. Because of that, I once again find myself in need of a reliable vehicle—and once again, I know exactly where I will go. I am still a West Virginia teacher, only this time I am working a second teaching job to make ends meet, and I need a dealership that understands real people, real numbers, and real life. Cochran has already proven that they can help me get a car that looks like it should be out of my budget—but somehow isn’t.
