International Kia review
This was a smooth and easy Lease arrangement on a new Kia Niro EV. We had test driven one before but found the car color and package we wanted online here. We were able to take care of everything online and on the phone/text except the final papers signing. We were only at the dealer about an hour and drove our car home. Everyone was courteous and sincerely seemed to be getting us all the Kia promotions we should have. I would go to International Kia and ask for Karlos Karas. He will take care of you. Thank you 😊 🙏

There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!

It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.

I’m the client for this location for the last 12 years and although there are other different cars in the market , I always go with Kia and the only reason is that this place has the best and most reliable service department. They are simply the best, for them you are not just a subject to bill, they listen they try to find a way to make you more comfortable and less effected by costs. All of this is happening because of the service manager Mr. Raymond ! He is the guy that you want to take over your issues and concerns about your vehicle in a very professional and human way that is possible. If you are tired and anxious about how you got treated in other locations please just visit this place for once even for a simple oil change and you will thank me later. Thank you guys and specially Mr. Raymond for all you are doing there🙏🙏👍👍

This dealership is truly different from others. I've purchased 2 vehicles in 6 months with Alex Cletus (salesperson) because of the experience I received with my first purchase. Straight up best experience I have had in purchasing new vehicles. Warranty on these vehicles is unmatched by any other manufacturer. I would definitely and have referred people to this dealership! You leave there happy and not feeling like you are just a number/deal.

Camelback KiaReviews
Camelback Kia review
I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia at the Camelback Kia Dealership, in Phoenix, Arizona, where Luis Santana the sales rep really made me feel at ease and comfortable when I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Elantra New Edition. He was very personable and really listened to what I needed and wanted in my new car. He was very professional and he took his time with me and didn't just try to sale me any Ole car just for a sale. I really appreciate all his efforts in making sure I got what I really wanted. I would definitely recommend Camelback Kia and especially recommend anyone to ask for Santana, because he will really go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of and get the car that best fits you. Very exceptional customer service and always has a smile 😃 and feels like he's known you for a long time. Thank you Luis Santana. Keep up the good work🥰

Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

I went in with a particular car in mind that I saw on the website. The car was being sold as I arrived and Eric Vega, the sales guy, made sure not only that I found a similar car that I wanted but that was also in my price range. He made sure that I was comfortable through the whole transaction and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and Eric as well.

My service advisor Brian was terrific. The waiting area was clean. And I was offered one of the desks in the lounge area so that I can work on my laptop. Would refer the dealership to friends and family.

Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing. Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car. Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.

I got my Kia in May 2022 and have been extremely happy and well satisfied with both the car and the service and folks at the dealership. I have waited while my car was being serviced and the waiting area is comfortable, bright and equipped with coffee, etc. The technician and the office personnel are warm and friendly, as well.
