Fantastic Service for a misguided purchase

In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉

I love the gas mileage. The care car lives up to what was promised. Very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of for older people. I wanted an SUV but was afraid of the height to get in and out of. This car is perfect for older person to access. Love this vehicle.

Great to Work with in Unique Sale

I was looking for a very specific year/make/model/trim/engine vehicle and found the exact truck at Weston...couldn't build it better myself on the manufacturer's website. As I live 200+ miles from the dealership, I was only able to see pictures online and inquire about the vehicle over the phone. My initial contact was Monday. After a quick email, I received a phone call to field any questions I had and schedule a showing. Telling the sales person that I lived so far away and wasn't going to be able to see it until Friday, he understood and still provided me all the information I had requested. On Tuesday, I called inquiring about other particulars of the vehicle and purchasing a car from another state. The Finance Manager was extremely helpful and walked me through the differences of taxes, licensing between the states. After offering a deposit, they would not take it; however, still took the truck off the market until I could arrive to see it in person that Friday. Friday was a long drive from Seattle to Portland, but worth every minute. Arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by a sales person who contacted my initial contact. The truck was pulled up and I went over it with a fine tooth comb. Asking all sorts of questions, the salesman was well educated on the vehicle (even though it was a used, direct competitor to his new vehicles). Still looking the vehicle over, I used a flashlight and started looking under the vehicle. My salesman offered to put it up on a rack in the service department. We did and I was not disappointed. Paying close attention to the detail of the truck, a Sr. service tech looked over the undercarriage of the truck with me. It was flawless, showing me as the potential buyer that Weston wasn't hiding anything. The test drive was typical with nothing exciting. Everything worked. Once the test drive was complete, I made a fair offer (wanted a lower price for missing floormats and tonneau cover) and the Daniel committed to it without the typical "Let me go ask the Sales Manager" routine. He was upfront, honest and didn't waste my time. I appreciated that. The financing department was the same. The financial person was able to get me a lower APR from my pre-approval rate, worked with me openly and offered extended warranties and protection plans but was in now way pushy. Overall, my experience with Weston was great. I was able to take delivery of my '16 Ford F250 that same night and I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in 2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Great Little Car

I have really enjoyed this car. Being a hybrid the MPG is very good and exceeds my expectations. It is by no means underpowered. My wife and I made a trip from Ocala, Florida to Kansas City and the car performed admirably. We were comfortable the entire way.
