In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? George mainly helped me with getting what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested different options to select the desired vehicle. He also reviewd with me different payment options, and eventually I had an acceptable offer. And the other team members very helpful and very pleasant.

I've never looked forward to going car shopping because it all takes so long and the sales people are pushy or impatient. Over the last 6months I bought my wife a 2016 Kia Optima & I helped my Mom and Dad buy their first New car, a 2018 Kia Forte. I first worked with Autumn and then came back again looking for her specifically. The main reason was because she's not pushy or impatient. She was easy going, informative, and extremely helpful.
