Dick Genthe Chevrolet review
My last visit I had an engine light on, I pulled into service and was approached right away with a “what can I do for you?” Problem was diagnosed immediately and first step was an oil change to clarify problem. Well that did it! Got the oil change there by fast and effective and helpful technicians and for some reason (as car was not telling me that oil change was needed) it did fix it. Temperamental engine light? Very good experience and done quickly .

Had a really pleasant car purchase experience with Rachel. She was personable and easy to talk with and she was very knowledgeable of the cars. Finance experience was also a very pleasant experience and Damien was great to talk and work with. The trade in negotiation and final sales price was the usual experience you would expect during a car purchase process.

Service team did an amazing job of scheduling the recall on my 23 Telluride. Service was timely and they looked over every detail to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely the reason I keep going back to purchase new cars at Kia of West Chester!
2020 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid review
I just need a little tool-around town car for a family of three... it’s amazingly efficient for sitting in the school dropoff line in EV mode, and it has enough pep to get onto the freeway with no issues. Seats are comfy enough, and there’s ample legroom in the front and back for tallish folks. Cargo space is adequate for a weekly costco run.
