We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. After months of searching, this is where I finally found my dream car! Sales rep Michael was a ton of fun during our test drive and made me feel really comfortable in the car and answered all necessary questions. The sales managers were patient with me while I spent most of the afternoon making my decisions and consulting others for input. The detailing team made great work of my car when I asked for a pretty major transformation in taking off all the plastidip that the previous owner applied all over the car. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
