Even after the purchase, Adam has been available and has answered every question I have. The staff at the dealership were very patient even though it was late at night when I purchased the car. Today we bought our second vehicle from Fette Ford. We had such a good experience and our salesman JC made it easy and painless! The dealership as a whole is very accommodating! I was interested in an Edge and JC got me into a car I liked at a great price!
When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.
I recently got out of my old lease and leased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from global auto mall with Joe. I am in my first trimester, (second pregnancy) and haven???t been feeling well. My father was helping me out and doing all the foot work. He was working with Joe and was able to get everything take care of everything with my old lease and getting into the new one. There was no back and forth, Joe was able to work straight through with my dad, until I needed to be there to sign everything. When I got there everyone was friendly, Joe was very nice and kept us updated, informed the whole time we were there. He made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole time I was there. Joe made this very stress free for me. He???s a straight forward, very friendly, caring, considerate and no BS kind of guy. Global Auto Mall and Joe have definately changed my perspective on dealerships, thus far they are the best! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. We visited Bridgewater Kia based on the positive experiences from prior customers posted on Dealerrater.com There is a sign in the showroom that says: ???Our job is not to sell you a car, our job is to help you buy a car???. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.

Recently leased a 2019 RDX with Artie Nevruzian. He was a great salesperson. I would definitely recommended him as well as this dealership. Artie is very accommodating and efficient. He was able to get us a good deal even though our original plan was to shop around and see what other car dealers were offering. Thanks to Artie we stayed with Ramsey Acura. We would like to also mention that David Schnapper in Finance was efficient and understanding as well. He was helpful in understanding the problems I encountered with returning my previous Acura lease.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

First and foremost, Sean Lynch is the Salesman to see! I needed a larger vehicle as I frequently drive my three grandchildren around at the same time. I was already in a KIA Soul and loved the car. The size was just not working. I was just about 1/3 of the way through my financing, so we were pretty sure we wouldn't be able to trade up. My husband was approached by Sean upon hi arrival at the dealership. Ethan liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, not pushy and willing to understand where we were coming from. Within minutes, Ethan was driving a Sorento. It was perfect, three rows of seats and back up cam, plus a few extras. When I got there, Mr. Lynch was equally cordial, and was happy to tell me that a car was on the horizon! But...... I didn't like the color! Sean immediately got on the phone to the surrounding dealers and promptly found the interior and body colors I wanted. We had plans for the evening, so Sean offered to drive our new car to our house, so that we didn't have to stay and wait. Our beautiful new Sorento was waiting in our driveway upon our return! Thank you Sean Lynch for making a very good car dealership into an awesome place to purchase your new car! You must check it out and ask for Mr. Lynch!
