The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
Satisfied with dealership. But unhappy about the $699.00 I spent with Battlefield KIA for the free oil changes, tire rotation, inspections, and detailing that Renn Kirby KIA will not honor. Wish I never would of spent the money..could use it for car payments. But Renn Kirby doesn't car..I'm only one little person.

I drove out to Westminster one day to do a little bit of car shopping and stopped by Buchanan KIA???s used car lot. Immediately as I pulled up, Rebecca came out and greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. She truly did a great job, she was very professional about the car buying process, she helped me out a lot in working with a price, and she was fast when it can to the paperwork. I would recommend her to anybody to be honest.

Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!

The car was driven over a curb and developed a oscillation in the steering wheel while on vacation. Took it in to Koons in Westminister and they did the inspection quickly and determined only an alignment was needed. The alignment was completed and car returned in less than an hour.
I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.
We were "car sighting" and we wanted to check out the KIA. I was not 100% for a KIA buy my husband said there are a lot on the road, it has a 100,000 mile warranty, and right now we can get 125% of value of our existing vehicle. Great day and great people, drove home in a new 2018 KIA Sportage. I feel good in it. Wish it got little better mpg, but I'll live!!!
Our salesman, Micah Youngbar, once again gave us impressive and responsive customer service. (We are repeat customers). He came in twice on his days off to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. I have yet to visit a friendlier and more responsive dealership than Hagerstown Honda and I visited or contacted four area Honda dealers before purchasing our new 2018 Honda CRV LX. Ian Smith was also responsive with all of my internet inquiries before my on-site visit to the dealership.

I never bought a used car before for fear
of getting a lemon! I have no idea if the
previous owner did oil changes on time
and other routune maintenance....so i was always afraid of getting burned.
Fast Lane has a warranty program that simply works,in my case i bought a 2017
Dodge Caravan with 48,000 on it......they
did me a great deal on it but what i left
feeling was the same kinda peace of mind
you have in a new car knowing all is covered for 3 years 36k miles.....they custom priced me a warranty for the next
25k miles i drive....in my case about 3 years worth......it covers all major functions but not wear items like brakes
and hoses etc.....i never buy warranties
In anything,but this made too much sense to me! It is a Dodge dealer recognized warranty,ok i paid 1300 bucks
for it but they wrapped it into my loan for
about 9 dollars a month.....if engine or transmission goes its covered,if i breakdown they tow me,pay car rental,
brung gas etc......i came all the way from Rockville......and my Grand Caravan SXT
2017 is selling here for 19k and higher......
new they are about 29k.......Melanie was
able to get my price down to 15,100 !!!!!!
I had the room to buy warranty and peace
of mind.....i love their honest approach....

Stacy Crabtree was a tremendous help in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first vehicle. My husband has always handled this process, but with his passing I was dreading doing this on my own. My son was a great support, but Stacy was very kind, patient and understanding through the entire process. He never pushed me or pressured me, but answered every question and eased my uncertainty. Each person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I think the other gentleman I talked with was Rick but I'm not sure, I'm bad with remembering names.
